Important shuttle notes (please read carefully)

• Driver information:  Driver details will be sent to the booker’s email by 18:00 on the day before vehicle use.
• Arrive early and depart on time: Participants must arrive at the designated pickup location and time and wait 10 to 15 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be waited for and will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the service, with no refund provided.
• Vehicle capacity and luggage limits:Each business van in this package can accommodate up to 2 passengers + 2 boxed bicycles (box size limit: within 150 cm L × 40 cm W × 95 cm H), and 2 pieces of luggage under 26 inches
• Pickup time cannot be changed: This service is provided in cooperation with Kenting International as a point-to-point reservation-based private transfer. Once the order is confirmed, pickup time cannot be moved earlier, delayed, or changed. Please make sure to confirm your itinerary before placing your order.

鮪魚家族飯店臺東館 ( Fish Hotel Taitung ) ↔ Race venue

As participants must comply with the organizer’s requirement for early check-in and bike drop-off on race day, it will not be possible to use your race bicycle for transportation. We have compiled the following transportation suggestions for getting to the different race areas:

【To registration, race kit pickup, expo, and finish area: Taitung County Stadium / Track and Field Stadium】

• Recommended walking: The venue is only about 800 meters from the hotel. Exit the hotel and walk straight along Section 1, Chunghua Road for about 10 minutes to arrive easily. This is especially suitable for pre-race registration and race kit pickup, as well as for a relaxed walk back to the hotel after finishing the race.

【To the swim start and transition area: Flowing Lake / Taitung Forest Park】

• Take the organizer’s shuttle bus or a taxi (recommended): The distance from the hotel is about 2.5 - 3 km. Since you will not be able to ride your bicycle on that day, it is recommended to ask the hotel front desk in advance to help reserve or call a taxi. The ride takes only about 5 - 8 minutes to reach the Flowing Lake area directly, helping you save as much energy as possible for the race.

After this race product has been booked, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted.
