※Bicycle restrictions & regulations:

• Only standard bicycles and electric-assist bicycles that do not use lead-acid batteries are allowed.
• Electric-assist bicycles may be brought onboard only after the battery is removed or the power is turned off, and the battery must not be reinstalled nor the power turned on before exiting the station.
• E-bikes, tandem bicycles, modified bicycles, and similar models are not eligible for this service.

※Bicycle packing rules for non-bike-friendly trains (must be completed before entering the station)

※Your bicycle must be packed before entering the ticket gate, and the packing must comply with the following rules:

• A standard bicycle bag must be used: the entire bicycle must be fully enclosed with no parts exposed. Plastic bags, cloth bags, or other substitute packaging are not allowed.
• Size limits:

1. Maximum length on any one side: no more than 150 cm
2. Total of length + width + height: no more than 220 cm

• Station entry, exit, and boarding procedures
• 【Entry】: Before entering the ticket gate, the bicycle must be completely packed into the bicycle bag.
• 【Inspection】: Use the staffed ticket gate and present the printed Identification Pass for inspection by station staff.
• 【Exit】: Keep the bicycle properly packed at all times. It is strictly prohibited to remove the bicycle from the bag before exiting the ticket gate.

• Pre-order product terms: This transfer service is a pre-order product.
• On bike-friendly trains, bicycles may be brought directly into the carriage without folding or packing; on non-bike-friendly trains, bicycles must be packed in a standard bicycle bag according to the above rules.
• Estimated departure time slots: The outbound train is expected to depart between 08:00 - 09:00; the return train is expected to depart between 14:00 - 15:00.
• Seat assignment process and results: After your order payment is completed, we will prioritize booking a dedicated bike-friendly train for you. Seat assignment will be processed 2 months before departure. Seat availability and the actual train service are still subject to the final seat assignment result (100% successful seat assignment is not guaranteed). If tickets are unavailable for the originally expected time slot, other suitable bike-friendly train services on the same day will be arranged as a priority replacement.
• If seat assignment is unsuccessful: If we are ultimately unable to secure seats on a bike-friendly train, we will proactively adjust your transportation to other train types or a chartered shuttle. If the adjusted transportation cost is lower, the fare difference will be refunded after deducting a handling fee of NT$125 per person; if there is no price difference or the shuttle cost is higher, you will not need to pay any additional fee, ensuring your trip proceeds smoothly and more comfortably.
• Boarding information notice: Exact boarding information, including train seat assignment results and departure times or chartered shuttle details, will be sent to your email 2 months before departure. Please refer to the email notice at that time for the final arrangement and keep a close eye on your inbox.
• If a bike-friendly train seat cannot be secured, all alternative transfer methods will require the bicycle to be disassembled and packed. If you cannot accept disassembling your bicycle, we recommend purchasing the bike shipping service add-on or carefully evaluating your booking.

【Bike shipping service notice】

Thank you for choosing the bike shipping service. The shipping provider will offer you high-quality, safe, and reliable transportation service during the event. Please read the following information carefully before purchasing and shipping your bike:

I. Transportation method description

1. Bike transport: The most suitable transportation arrangement will be provided based on the cooperating service provider and the needs of each event session.
2. Bike securing: Professional securing methods that meet safety standards will be used according to the transport vehicle type and event specifications.
3. Bike collection locations: Designated bike collection points are set according to different event sessions or cooperating service providers.
4. Bike protection measures and shipping rules: Please refer to the actual announcement for the specific event session or service provider.

＊If wrapping is required for the event session, the sender must comply with the following rules: To reduce risks caused by unexpected vibration or collision during transportation, completely unwrapped bikes will be strictly refused for this event session.

(1) Protection for fragile parts: When handing over the bike before and after the race, the sender must properly wrap the fragile parts of the bike to prevent scratches or collisions during transportation.

(2) Mandatory wrapping standard: The wrapping must cover at least the 6 key parts shown in the image (please refer to the illustration below).

II. Safety and insurance plan

The entire transportation process is covered by professional cargo transportation insurance in accordance with the law. However, the actual claim rules are still subject to the final policy content purchased for the event session.

1. During bike drop-off and pick-up, on-site staff will conduct complete inspections and photo records to ensure delivery safety at every stage.

III. Bike shipping notes

When handing over the bike, please remove all accessories that are not fixed with screws from the bike yourself, including the rear bottle cage. Mounts may remain, but this service is not responsible for safekeeping in case of loss or damage.

【On-site bike handover and pick-up procedures and notes】

1. Pre-race bike drop-off: On-site staff will confirm the shipper's information. After both parties verify the bike condition, the customer must take photos and upload them to the inspection form. Staff must confirm that this step is completed before accepting the bike.

2. Race venue bike pick-up: The recipient must present the order. After on-site staff confirm the order is correct and both parties verify the bike condition, the customer must take photos and upload them to the inspection form as a pick-up record before the bike can be collected.

3. Post-race bike drop-off: On-site staff will confirm the shipper's information. After both parties verify the bike condition, the customer must take photos and upload them to the inspection form. Staff must confirm that this step is completed before accepting the bike.

4. Post-race bike pick-up: The recipient must present the order. After on-site staff confirm the order is correct and both parties verify the bike condition, the customer must take photos and upload them to the inspection form as a pick-up record before the bike can be collected.

II. Reminder of additional fees arising from on-site operations

1. Late bike drop-off or pick-up: During the event, those who fail to drop off or pick up the bike within the specified time will be charged a service fee of NT$500. (This does not apply if affected by schedule adjustments made by the event organizer.)

2. Overdue storage fee: If the bicycle is not collected within the announced post-race (or post-event) pick-up time, a storage fee of NT$50 per bike per day will be charged starting from the following day after the deadline. The bike can only be collected after all related fees are paid. Storage is available for up to 1 month; if it exceeds 1 month, the storage fee will be changed to NT$100 per bike per day starting from the day after the 1-month limit is exceeded.

【Cancellation policy】

■ Refund policy (refund amount is calculated based on the actual total order amount):

• Cancellation 90 days or more before the event date (inclusive): 70% of the total order amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation 60 to 89 days before the event date (inclusive): 50% of the total order amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation within 59 days before the event date: No refund will be accepted.
