【Terms of use】

I. Transportation mode description

• Bike transport: The most suitable transportation arrangement will be provided according to the cooperating service provider (Leader) and the needs of each event.
• Bike securing: Professional securing methods that meet safety standards will be adopted according to the vehicle type and event specifications of the transport vehicle.
• Bike collection location: Designated bike collection points are set according to different events or cooperating service providers (see 1. Overview of pickup/delivery points and schedule).
• Bike protection measures and consignment rules: Please refer to the actual announcement for the specific event or service provider.
• Packaging and consignment rules: The bike does not need to be disassembled, but easily detachable accessories on the bike, such as bottle cages, must be removed in advance. Leader or cooperating bike shops may help package key impact areas. Packaging material fees are included in the package, and unwrapped bikes will not be accepted for shipping. For special bike types, such as carbon fiber frames, if Leader deems reinforced packaging necessary, additional packaging material or reinforced packaging fees may be required.
• If the packaging rules are changed, Leader's latest announced version shall prevail.

＊If the event has wrapping requirements, the bike sender must comply with the following rules: To reduce risks arising from unexpected vibration or collision during transportation, unwrapped bikes are strictly not accepted for this event.

(1) Protection for vulnerable parts: When handing over the bike before and after the race, the sender must properly wrap vulnerable parts of the bike to prevent scratches or collisions during transportation.

(2) Mandatory wrapping standard: The wrapping positions must include at least the 6 key areas shown in the image (see the guideline illustration below).

II. Safety and insurance plan

• Compensation throughout transportation is handled according to the transport insurance purchased by Leader, with a maximum compensation limit of NT$30,000 per bike. The actual compensation amount will be determined by Leader based on the extent of the damage. Leader currently does not offer additional insurance coverage.
• During bike handover and pickup, on-site staff will conduct complete inspections and photo records to ensure delivery safety at every stage.

III. Bike drop-off notes

• When handing over the bike, please remove all hanging accessories on the bike that are not screw-fixed by yourself, including rear bottle cages. Mounting bases may remain. This service does not assume safekeeping responsibility for any loss or damage.

【On-site bike drop-off/pickup procedures and notes】

I. Shipping inspection and photo process

• Pre-race bike handover: Staff will confirm the consignor's information. After both parties verify the bike condition, the traveler must upload photos to the inspection form. The bike can only be accepted after staff confirm completion.
• Race venue bike pickup: The recipient presents the order. After staff confirm the order is correct and both parties verify the bike condition, the traveler must upload photos to the inspection form as a pickup record before the bike can be collected.
• Post-race bike handover: Same as the pre-race bike handover process.
• Post-race bike pickup: Same as the race venue bike pickup process.

II. Reminder of additional fees for on-site operations

1. Late bike drop-off/pickup: During the event period, if the bike is not dropped off or picked up within the specified time, it will be regarded as forfeiting this shipping/pickup service. You must arrange transportation or follow-up handling of the bike yourself, and Leader will no longer be responsible for storage, contact, or transportation assistance, except where affected by event organizer scheduling adjustments.
2. Overdue storage fee: If the bicycle is not collected within the announced pickup time at the Taiwan Taipei or Hsinchu bike drop-off shop after the race, a storage fee of NT$50 per bike per day will be charged starting from the following day. The bike may only be collected after all fees are paid. Storage is allowed for up to 1 month. For storage exceeding 1 month, the fee will be changed to NT$100 per bike per day starting from the day after the overdue date.

1. Service provision and disclaimer AsiaYo only provides platform booking services. Actual bike shipping will be carried out with the assistance of partner Leader. During transportation, bikes may be exposed to risks of unexpected vibration or collision. In the event of bike damage, accessory loss, or similar situations, subsequent claims and liability attribution will be handled according to the regulations of Leader and its Taian Cargo Carrier Liability Insurance. AsiaYo only acts as a matching/referral platform for travelers and Leader's bike pickup and delivery service, and is not the actual carrier. AsiaYo shall not bear joint liability for compensation or supplementary compensation for bike damage, loss, or insufficient claim settlement during transportation. If travelers dispute the claim result, they should raise the matter directly with Leader. Leader shall communicate and handle the matter directly with the traveler and may not shift the dispute to AsiaYo or require AsiaYo to make payment on its behalf.

2. Transportation and protection rules (must-read for bike senders)

• Packaging requirements: To ensure eligibility for insurance claims, unwrapped bikes are strictly not accepted. When handing over the bike, the sender must properly protect vulnerable parts of the bike frame (including at least the 6 key areas shown in the guideline illustration).
• Accessory removal: Before handing over the bike, please remove all accessories or hanging parts that are not screw-fixed by yourself, including rear bottle cages. Mounting bases may remain, but no responsibility will be assumed for safekeeping or compensation in case of loss or damage.

3. Insurance claims and exclusions (important) According to the cargo transportation insurance policy held by the carrier, insurance claims will not be paid in the following situations, and neither Leader nor AsiaYo shall bear compensation liability:

• Insecure packaging: Scratches or damage occurring during transportation due to the sender (consignor) failing to properly wrap and protect the bike according to the rules.
• Force majeure: Losses caused by typhoons, earthquakes, floods, or other force majeure events.
• Transportation delays: Any direct or indirect losses caused by transportation delays.
• Special material characteristics: Natural wear such as rusting or fading caused by the material characteristics of the bicycle itself.
• Failure to preserve evidence: If damage to the bike is discovered, the recipient must immediately report it to on-site staff and preserve the scene and the original condition of the bike. If the bike is taken away without confirmation, the right to claim compensation will be forfeited.

4. On-site bike drop-off/pickup procedures and additional fees

• Photo inspection: For both pre-race and post-race bike drop-off/pickup, you must personally check the bike condition and upload photos to the inspection form as a record. Only after completion can the bike be dropped off or collected.
• Late bike drop-off/pickup: During the event period, a service fee of NT$500 will be charged for failing to drop off or pick up the bike within the specified time (except where affected by event organizer scheduling adjustments).
• Overdue storage fee: If the bike is not collected within the announced time, a fee of NT$50 per bike per day will be charged starting from the following day. For storage exceeding 1 month, the fee will be changed to NT$100 per bike per day starting from the day after the overdue date. The bike may only be collected after all fees are paid.

AsiaYo sports travel booking service process

1. Book online and submit your order: Choose your preferred race itinerary on the AsiaYo platform and complete the booking.
2. Receive the race information form: AsiaYo will send the Race Information Form by email within 48 business hours.
3. Fill in the race information: After receiving the email, please be sure to complete and return the required information within 24 hours to secure your registration spot.
4. Flight pre-departure notice: Three months before the event starts, via the pre-departure notice, the exact flight number and departure/arrival times assigned to each traveler will be officially announced.
5. Receive final itinerary information: 5-7 days before check-in, AsiaYo will update and send you the final detailed itinerary information.
6. On-site check-in and hotel stay: On the race day or at hotel check-in, Taiwanese travelers must bring the original copy of their ID card, and non-Taiwanese travelers must bring the original copy of their passport, in order to complete hotel check-in and collect race-related materials.
7. Taiwan bike drop-off point process:

• Complete the purchase: After completing the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation.
• Receive the bike drop-off voucher: Within 5 business days after placing the order, the Leader official account wallet will issue a bike drop-off voucher for presentation when dropping off the bike at a Taiwan main island point.
• Drop off the bike: Bring your bike to the designated point and present the bike drop-off voucher to complete handover.
• Receive the bike pickup voucher: The Leader official account wallet will issue a bike pickup voucher for presentation when picking up the bike at a Taiwan main island point.
• Pick up the bike: Bring the bike pickup voucher to the designated point to collect your bike.
