Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests must be at least 20 years to stay in a smoking room. As of July 1, 2023, housekeeping service will be provided weekly for stays of 7 nights or more. Additional housekeeping is available on request for a surcharge. Trash collection and towel and nightwear exchange are provided daily on request by placing a sign outside the room.
One child 6 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
