House Rules
【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: 16:00-23:59; check-out time: before 10:00 noon every day (please send us a message when checking out).
■ Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, guest rooms and balconies! If the violation causes a fire or the furniture absorbs smoke and causes damage, compensation will be based on the price. (Including indoors, balconies, corridors, hotel front entrances and alleys! If reported by neighbors, you must bear the responsibility yourself.)
■ There is a kitchen, microwave, and hot water kettle in the room, which can be used to cook light meals. Please do not stir-fry over high heat! It is easy for oil fumes to be absorbed in the room.
■ To avoid scratching and damaging the board, please do not step on it indoors wearing outdoor shoes.
■ If menstruation, vomit, spilled drinks, or other stains accidentally get on the sheets, furniture, etc., please tell us immediately to avoid the entire set being scrapped if it cannot be cleaned. (Additional fees will be charged for scrapping and repurchasing)
■ Separate garbage properly (please pack broken glass properly). Japan’s classification is strict. If the garbage is not classified properly, the garbage will be returned. Housekeepers need to sort through the garbage with bare hands. Please take care of and cooperate with us.
■ Do not throw items other than toilet paper into the toilet, such as food, sanitary napkins... (If the toilet is damaged or blocked due to the above situation, the repair cost of JPY30,000 will be compensated, so please use it with care and cooperate.)
■ Save energy! Please turn off the power before going out. (The air conditioner in the room will be turned off regularly every morning, please don’t worry)
■ Accommodations in Japan need to maintain community peace. Please do not hold parties or make loud noises in the room during your stay to avoid disturbing other residents. Please turn down the volume after 9:00 pm.
■ There is a WIFI machine in the room. Please do not remove the plug as it will affect the entire building!
■ Please do not throw garbage from upstairs to downstairs. The police will greet you directly. (Usually neighbors will report it directly) Don’t litter outside or around the hotel!
■ If there is malicious damage to the supplies in the room, or items are missing, etc., if it is confirmed to be true, you will have to bear legal responsibility and compensate for business losses.
■ After check-in, please keep your room card and keys properly. If they are lost, etc., you will be required to compensate (JPY4,500/regular room type; JPY31,500/Entire house) the loss fee and the cost of making a new key.
■ Late check-out is subject to additional charges. (The cost depends on the site)
■ Deposits and taxes may be collected upon check-in, subject to each hotel's charging rules.
Pre-departure Information According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Social Security of Japan (MHLW), all international travelers must inform the hotel of their passport number and nationality when checking in (checking into a hotel, motel, etc.).
In addition, the hotel must photocopy the passports of all guests for backup purposes.
