【Accommodation Rules】
■ Towels are not changed during the stay.
■ Please take off your shoes indoors.
■ Wi-Fi is a free service and we cannot guarantee speed or operation.
■ To use Netflix, please log in with your own account.
■ It is strictly forbidden to invite other people to stay even during the day. If a guest is found to be undeclared, we will charge an additional fee for each additional guest. This fee is double the normal price for an extra person and will be charged for the entire stay.
■ If you leave something after check-out and want us to send it to you, the fee will be 3,000 yen + postage, because we need to assign someone to handle it, please understand and pay attention.
■ Please keep our property clean and tidy so that the rooms are in the same condition as when you arrived.
■ Please pack up and leave your trash indoors as we will dispose of it when you check out.

【Prohibited items】
■Do not smoke, and if smoking is found in the room, a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.
Please do not smoke at the entrance so as not to disturb the neighbors, if you smoke on the balcony please put the cigarette butts and ash in the small ashtray.
■ It is strictly forbidden to use any form of ignition sources indoors: incense/cigarettes/candles are strictly prohibited.
■ No pets are allowed.
■ No drug use.
■ The use of musical instruments is prohibited.
■ No audio equipment is allowed.
■ Please do not throw parties here and be respectful to the neighbors as the property is in a quiet residential area. Be quiet when outside the door, especially when checking in/out. Please drag your luggage and reduce the noise of carrying suitcases. Please do not make loud noises at night (after 9pm), please keep the volume to a minimum at night, loud noises may cause disturbance/serious nuisance to neighbors.
Tenants may be required to pay a $500 fine if a neighbor complains.
■ Do not change the Wi-Fi settings. A fine of $200 will be imposed upon discovery.
*If you use too much in a short period of time, the speed may slow down, but this is only temporary.
If you're using with a large group of people, or if you absolutely need stable radio waves, etc. for your work, we recommend bringing your own separate Wi-Fi.
■ Do not throw away suitcases or cartons without permission. If you throw away without permission, you may be charged a handling fee of more than $100.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
