【Accommodation Rules】
■ Towels are not changed during the stay
■ Please take off your shoes indoors.
■ The property is close to the Metropolitan Freeway and our building has high quality soundproofing, we would appreciate it if you would take this into consideration before booking.
■ If you want us to send you items left behind after check-out, we will charge you a shipping fee of 3,000 yen, please be careful not to forget anything.
■ Wi-Fi is a free service and we cannot guarantee speed or operation.
■ To use Netflix, please log in with your own account. .
■ It is strictly forbidden to use any form of ignition source indoors: - Incense/cigarettes/candles are strictly prohibited
■ It is strictly forbidden to invite other people to stay even during the day. If a guest is found to be undeclared, we will charge an additional fee for each additional guest. This fee is double the normal price for an extra person and will be charged for the entire stay.

【Prohibited items】
■Do not smoke, and if smoking is found in the room, a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.
Please do not smoke at the entrance so as not to disturb the neighbors, if you smoke on the balcony please put the cigarette butts and ash in the small ashtray.
■ Do not bring pets
■ Parties and events are not permitted
■ The house is located in a quiet residential area, please keep it as quiet as possible after 9 pm, if you receive complaints from neighbors, the tenant may be charged a fine of $500.
■ Do not change the Wi-Fi settings. Once discovered, a fine of 20,000 yen will be imposed.
*If you use too much in a short period of time, the speed may slow down, but this is only temporary.
If you're using with a large group of people, or if you absolutely need stable radio waves, etc. for your work, we recommend bringing your own separate Wi-Fi.
■ Do not throw away suitcases or cardboard boxes without authorization. If you do so, you may be charged a handling fee of 10,000 yen or more.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
