House Rules

Please strictly follow check-in and check-out times.
Check-in: From 15:00
Check-out: By 11:00

If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance. If no prior notice is given and the time is not followed, an hourly fee will be charged.

Please help save electricity and water. When going out, make sure lights, air conditioner, and water are turned off.
Please keep noise down.
Do not make noise after 9:00 PM.
If we receive complaints from neighbors, you will be required to leave immediately without a refund.
No shoes indoors. Please change into slippers at the entrance.
Toilet: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
Lock doors and windows when going out or sleeping. We are not responsible for any incidents.

Kitchen: Please place used dishes on the kitchen counter.
Any damage or loss of dishes, cutlery, or kitchen equipment will be charged.

Tableware, cookware, and basic seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Please bring other ingredients and seasonings.

Illegal dumping is prohibited, including cigarette butts, trash, or large items (suitcases, furniture).
Please declare the correct number of guests. Extra guests will be charged.
Amenities (shampoo, body soap, detergent) may be used within reasonable limits.
Towels in the room are not for taking home. Lost or heavily stained towels will be charged.
Bath towel: JPY 2,000 / Face towel: JPY 800 (tax included)
Sleepwear is not provided. Please bring your own.
No smoking inside the building or on the premises. Cleaning fees will be charged if smoking is detected.
Taking any amenities will result in a charge. Forgotten items will be disposed of.
This property is for accommodation only. Please do not engage in activities that disturb neighbors or violate public manners.
Compensation for business suspension:
If the property must suspend operations due to guest actions, we may charge for lost accommodation and booking fees, as well as repair and maintenance costs.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged for vomiting, stains, smoking, or other special cleaning needs.
Emergency button:
Pressing the “Emergency” button on the wall near room entrances (2F–5F) will alert the police.
Rooftop use:
BBQ grill set available for JPY 10,000 (tax included). Please contact us in advance.

Reminder: All guests have to show passport to verify identity when checking in. Accommodation tax or bathing tax may be charged on-site depending on the city.
