Mt. Fuji 5th Station is located halfway up the mountain at an altitude of 2,305 meters. Japan's tallest mountain offers different scenery whether viewed from afar or up close. Gazing up at the summit from the closest distance to Mt. Fuji, you can feel its majestic beauty. On clear, cloudless days, you can look down and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding scenery, including Lake Kawaguchi and more. When the mist rolls in, you can overlook a breathtaking sea of clouds.

If, due to physical strength, health issues, or other personal reasons, the guide determines that you should stop climbing, the guide has the right to terminate your continued ascent. In such cases, withdrawal procedures will be handled according to regulations. Any expenses incurred for accommodation, rest, or return travel outside the designated lodging facility after leaving the group shall be borne by the guest. There will be no guide accompanying you on the descent, so please arrive at the 5th Station meeting point before the return time announced by the guide.

(1) The minimum number of participants for this itinerary is 10. If the number of registrations does not reach the minimum, this platform reserves the right to cancel the departure, merge sessions, or adjust the departure date. You will be notified no later than 14 days before departure whether the group is confirmed.
(2) To ensure the itinerary proceeds smoothly, if the number of participants on your selected date does not meet the requirement, customer service will proactively contact you to ask whether you are willing to move your departure date **forward or backward** to a nearby date that has already been confirmed. If you are unable to adjust your date, a full refund will be issued for that order.
(3) Open group tours carry the risk of participant number changes. If you have concerns, please choose the "guaranteed departure" itinerary to ensure smooth departure.
(4) If travelers purchase airline tickets or accommodation before receiving official confirmation that the group has been formed, and the itinerary is later canceled or rescheduled due to insufficient participants, any airline change/cancellation fees, room rate differences, or other related costs incurred must be borne by the traveler. This platform will not be responsible for compensation of any third-party fees.
(5) After the order is confirmed, dates cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any resulting losses must be borne by the traveler.
(6) To ensure guest safety and the smooth operation of the itinerary, please be sure to provide complete information for each guest when booking (name + gender + phone number + contact information + age + health condition and medical history), so as to avoid errors or affecting the guide/tour leader's judgment.
(7) Proof of inbound travel insurance must be provided before departure. After entering Japan, please log in to the website (https://tokiomarinenichido.jp/zh-hant/china2/) to purchase inbound travel insurance, and provide it to the platform or the guide/tour leader before the itinerary departs. Without insurance, the guide/tour leader has the right to refuse boarding.
(8) During the itinerary, please carry your passport and valuables with you and keep them safe. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, you will be responsible for it yourself.
(9) This itinerary is a fixed shared ride itinerary. Participants are requested to follow the arrangements of the tour leader/guide regarding the length of stay at each attraction and arrival times.
(10) No refunds will be given for failure to participate or early termination of the itinerary due to personal reasons, lateness, or other causes. If the itinerary ends early due to personal reasons, return transportation costs must be paid by the traveler. Please take note.
(11) If you leave the group midway on your own, it will be regarded as an invalid transaction and no refund will be given. If this results in personal injury or property safety issues, the consequences must be borne by yourself.
(12) Arrival times for each itinerary may change depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowds on the day. If delays or cancellations occur due to the above or other force majeure factors, we ask for your understanding, and refunds may not be requested on this basis.
(13) Please be sure to comply with local Japanese laws and regulations. Do not carry items prohibited by Japanese law, so as to avoid violating the law and affecting your own rights and interests.
(14) During free time, you should pay attention to your personal and property safety. If an accident or loss occurs due to failure to heed advice, you will be responsible for the consequences.
(15) In the early mountain-opening period, some mountain facilities may not yet be operating depending on the situation. (Shops, restrooms, etc.)
【Participant Information】
- Children under 13 and adults over 66 are temporarily not accepted for this itinerary, meaning participants must be between 13 and 65 years old.
- Minors aged 13 to under 18 must be accompanied throughout the trip by at least one adult traveler.
- Climbers aged 60 and above (including age 60) must provide a health certificate. The validity period of the health certificate must cover the departure date (electronic version accepted).
- Considering the physical demands of climbing Mt. Fuji, the following groups are not accepted at this time: elderly persons, those with cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure or heart disease, pregnant women, those in poor health, those with severe altitude sickness, and other special groups. However, other walking itineraries such as sightseeing at the 5th Station may be chosen instead.
- This product does not provide language services other than Chinese, Japanese, and English. Thank you for your understanding.

- Due to the unpredictability of traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowds on the day, arrival times for each itinerary may change. According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure driver safety and stable operation, the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions, including reducing sightseeing time or canceling certain attractions. - Weather
- This product may be adjusted according to weather and other factors. For your safety, the guide/tour leader has the right to require guests to stop the climbing itinerary and will communicate with you to make other arrangements, subject to the actual conditions of the day.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be temporarily delayed or the climbing or hot spring time may be changed without prior notice, and some parts of the itinerary may even be canceled.
- Please be sure to decide whether to participate in the climbing itinerary based on your own physical condition, and wear appropriate climbing gear (please refer to the images in the itinerary for gear reference). If you need rental climbing gear arranged, please contact customer service in advance after placing your order.
- If you experience any discomfort during the climb, please seek help from the climbing tour leader/guide immediately so that emergency measures can be taken in time.
- The special geographical conditions of high-altitude areas may cause altitude sickness. Medication should not be taken casually. Any consequences arising from situations where medication must be taken shall be borne by the guest.
- Shopping
- During the tour, some attractions, scenic areas, restaurants, rest areas, and other places may have shopping venues such as stores. These are not designated shopping venues arranged by the travel agency. Please consume rationally according to your own needs and request the necessary receipts. If any consumer disputes arise, you must bear the relevant responsibilities and obligations yourself. We apologize for any inconvenience!
