【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: 15:00 ~22:00 on the same day
■ Check-out time: before 11:00 am the next day. If you have special needs, please inform us in advance and please do not exceed 20 minutes.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please be sure to inform us in advance.
■ Please present your ID upon check-in for registration.
■ In order to maintain the accommodation environment, smoking, drinking, gambling, and partying and drug taking are strictly prohibited indoors and in the room. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ Please do not bring pets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
■ To maintain the tranquility of your accommodation, please lower the volume after 10 pm and before 8:00 the next day so as not to disturb other guests.
■ The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the house are all property of this property. If any items are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price.
■ Please do not move indoor furnishings (such as beds, LCD TVs) arbitrarily.
■ Since this hotel is "not a parent-child B&B" and does not have additional child protection measures, parents are asked to pay attention to their children and refrain from playing, jumping, and running indoors to avoid collisions and injuries.
【Tips for Pet Accommodation】
■ If you bring a pet, you must inform the hotel in advance in the booking notes or by calling the hotel and charges will be made on site. Only small and medium-sized pets allowed.
■ A cleaning fee of NT$300 per pet will be charged for bringing pets into the hotel. If items are damaged or severely soiled, additional charges will apply.
■ Do not allow pets to defecate indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to get on the sofa or bed when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to disturb other tenants.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you must take your pet with you.

■ Guests in private rooms must read the "Accommodation Rules" and "Instructions for Private Rooms" and make sure they are correct before booking. If there are no doubts, a deposit of NT$2,000 will be charged on the day of check-in.
■ The B&B is a sky-high building that can accommodate up to 15 to 17 people, with one group of guests per day.
■ The private room can accommodate barbecue, hot pot, switch game console, and children's paddling pool
■ Access to the downstairs office is prohibited.
■ Only basic pots, pans, cups, scissors, knives, scissors, electric pots, and microwaves are provided
■ Mahjong table and chair set*1 set (please inform in advance if necessary)
■ After the kitchen is finished and used, you must help keep it clean and restored to its original condition. If you fail to do so after check-out, NT$1,000 will be charged from the security deposit (deposit) as a cleaning fee.
■ In order to respond to environmental protection, please be sure to complete the classification of garbage. (It can be divided into recycling and general garbage)
■ If you have outdoor activities, please end them before 22:00 in the evening (please do not make loud noises after 22:00), and please keep the venue clean and tidy.
■ If any violation of the noise control law is reported due to excessive noise after 22:00, the fine will be paid by the passenger himself. (Upon prosecution, a fine of not less than NT$3,000 but not more than NT$30,000 may be imposed according to law)
■ This hotel will post notices in public areas to distinguish between "private areas" and "usable areas." Various kitchen cabinets have signs "restricted to private rooms." You can freely access the tableware in the cabinets, but please do not open them without permission. and taking items from the "private area". If found doing this, the security deposit (deposit) will be confiscated.
■ Check-out time is before 11:00 am. If you check out after the time, you will be charged NT$600 every half hour.
■ If you have special needs for customized services, please call us and a dedicated person will serve you wholeheartedly.
■ Please double check and pay attention to the above regulations. The hotel will refund the security deposit (deposit) at check-out after the check-out inspection is correct. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
