【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: after 15:00 on the same day.
※If you check in after 18:00, please make a note when booking. The room will not be reserved and no refund will be given after the check-in time.
※Please contact us by phone 30 minutes before check-in to avoid passengers having to wait outside.
※If you are unable to check in within the specified time due to possible delays in your itinerary, please be sure to call the B&B to confirm in advance.
■ Check-out time: before 11:00 am the next day.
※When checking out, be sure to return the room key; when leaving the room, please turn off the air conditioner and power supply first.
■ Please present your ID card for registration when checking in.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please be sure to inform us in advance when booking.
■ In order to maintain the privacy of travelers and environmental protection, for guests who continue to stay, the B&B will not enter the room for cleaning, and will not provide replacement supplies, towels and bath towels. If you need to replenish supplies, please inform us proactively.
■ Please do not bring pets. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ The B&B does not provide breakfast (you need to pay for it by yourself), and the discount has been applied to the room price.
■ This B&B is subject to the Smoking Prevention Law, and smoking is prohibited indoors (including public spaces and rooms).
■ Partying, taking drugs, chewing betel nut, drinking alcohol, gambling and other illegal behaviors are strictly prohibited in the house. If found, the police will be dealt with.
■ In order to maintain the quality of the accommodation and the safety and tranquility of the surrounding environment, please do not bring your own "singing equipment" and "firecrackers and fireworks". Otherwise, the B&B will refuse to check in and no refund will be given.
■ From 10 pm to 8 am the next day, it is prohibited to make noise, barbecue, set off fireworks and firecrackers, and use loudspeaker equipment to disturb residents. Anyone who violates the regulations and disturbs neighbors and residents will be fined in accordance with the "Development and Tourism Ordinance".
■ According to the latest regulations for B&Bs announced by the Yilan County Government on 110.01.20, please lower the volume after 22:00 in the evening to avoid disturbing neighbors and being punished. (Violators will be fined not less than NT$10,000 but not more than NT$50,000)
■ Please do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
■ Please do not damage the items in the house. If any damage or loss is found when checking out, you will be required to compensate according to the price.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We are not responsible for any loss. We apologize.
■ Please treat the B&B as your own home and look forward to having you come back to visit us often.
■ If there is any deficiencies in service, please let us know. Thank you for your cooperation. I wish you a safe and smooth journey.

Cancellation Policy
