【Accommodation Rules】

■ check in
Check in after 15:00, and inform the scheduled arrival time, the property cannot accept guests who check in after 20:00. When checking in, present the relevant documents to be registered in the "Passenger Accommodation Registration Form", and pay the balance and a deposit of NT$3,000 . (The actual charge depends on the site)

■ check out
Before 11:00; in order to protect the rights and interests of the next group of guests, please abide by it; overtime check-out: NT$500 per room within half an hour, NT$1000 per room within 1 hour, and so on. (The actual charge depends on the site)

■ Friends visit/singing, barbecue

＊In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the agreed number of people. If you need to add an extra bed, please notify the latest one day before check-in, and the fee will be charged separately.

＊If there are non-staying guests participating in singing or barbecue, a cleaning fee of 400/person will be charged (the actual charge depends on the scene)

＊Visitors who have not checked in must leave before 22:00

■ Clean and hygienic
＊Pets are not allowed.
＊Mosquitoes are unavoidable in the surrounding fields around the homestay, please cooperate with closing the door and bring mosquito repellent supplies for backup.

■ Create a better slow onion

＊Noise control: From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day, noise, barbecue, and singing equipment are prohibited. If the rules are violated, according to government regulations, a fine of 10,000 to 50,000 yuan will be imposed, and the residents must bear it by themselves.

＊There is a deposit of NT$3,000 for the building, which will be refunded after checking out if there is no damage or mess. For public areas such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and landscaped garden, please "restore the original state" and "garbage sorting" after use.

＊If you need to use the kitchen, singing equipment, mahjong table, and barbecue equipment, please inform in advance; an additional 1,000 yuan venue usage fee will be charged for the barbecue; compensation will be made at the same price if there is any damage or loss.

＊If it is not a private building, we cannot provide barbeque, singing equipment, mahjong and other entertainment facilities to ensure the peace of other residents.

＊According to the "Smoking Hazard Prevention Law", indoor smoking is prohibited, and violations of regulations will be fined NT$2,000-NT$10,000.

＊It is forbidden to smash pies, cakes and other activities. Violators will be charged an additional cleaning fee of NT$8,000 .
