According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.
House Rules
[Notes on adding people]
■ One person aged 0-6 years old per room (excluding amenities and breakfast), the second person aged 0-12 years old (inclusive) is charged, NT$800
(Includes breakfast, supplies, extra bed/camper, cabin and sofa bed)
★(If there is only one child under six years old, please make a note in the order, please do not choose to add the number of people on the platform)
■ 7-12 years old (including/elementary school only) NT$ 800 (including breakfast, supplies, extra bed/camper, cabin and sofa bed)
■ NT$1,200 per person aged 13 (inclusive) and above (from junior high school) (including breakfast, supplies, extra bed/camper, cabin and sofa bed)
【Check-in Rules】
■ All cooking is prohibited in the park
■ Please remember to bring personal toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, etc.
■ On-site bathrooms provide hair dryers, shampoo, bath products, and large and small towels
■ Please pay attention to sun protection and mosquito protection during outdoor activities
■ Each tent is equipped with a fan in summer. There is no air conditioning or mobile air conditioner in the tent. In winter, there is a quilt heater attached.
■ It is prohibited to use electrical appliances as they may cause voltage overload (charging mobile phones, quilt heaters and fans provided by the sky are OK)
■ To maintain the accommodation environment, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. We apologize for any inconvenience.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. If lost, the park will not be responsible.
■ In order to maintain the quality and safety of the accommodation, please check in according to the reserved number of people. The park is not open to non-residents. If there are visitors, please inform us in advance.
■ Each area has 2 people and 1 quilt. If additional quilts are required, a washing fee of NTD$100 will be charged for each quilt. (Be sure to inform before entering the park)
■ In order to maintain environmental quality, it is prohibited to light fires on bare ground in the camp area
■ Late check-out hour: NT$250 One hour: NT$500
■ Compensation fee for this key: NT$ 100

[Tips for pets entering the camp]
■ If you bring a pet, you must make a note on the order and pay on site, and inform the camp owner in advance.
■ Cleaning fee collection
-The wooden house is subject to a cleaning fee of NTD$600
- There is no charge for the tent, but tents and bed areas are prohibited (need to inform registration in advance)
-If items are damaged or severely soiled, additional charges will apply.
■ Do not allow pets to defecate anywhere.
■ Pets are not allowed to enter the tent, and are not allowed to get on the sofa or bed at will.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to disturb other passengers.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the tent. If you go out, you must take your pet with you.
■ Maintain pet accommodation etiquette. Pets should be chained or placed in out-of-door cages.
■ The wooden house (Monnet) accepts pets, and additional cleaning fees will be charged. Tianyi uses high-tech products approved by the Department of Health to disinfect the entire building, and uses Dyson vacuum cleaners and alcohol to clean thoroughly.
■ Please maintain pet accommodation etiquette. Pets are prohibited from stepping on or using dining tables, sofas, bedding, etc.
■ If your pet has its usual bedding or other items, you may wish to bring them with you on the trip so that your pet can feel safe.
■ If necessary, you can rent an additional pet tent for NTD$300 per tent
