According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.

【Additional person and extra bed policy】
■ Only provide extra person, no extra bed service
■ Children under 3 years old (inclusive) free (excluding breakfast)
■ Over 3 years old NTD$500 per adult (including breakfast)
■ If additional breakfast is required, NTD$ 100 per person will be charged

【House Rules】
■ Check-in time 15:30 on weekdays / 17:00 on holidays
■ Late check-out fee NTD$ 200/hour on weekdays NTD$ 300/hour on holidays
■ no smoking

[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets must be noted in the order and informed to the hotel in advance.
■ A cleaning fee or deposit of NT$ 300/pet is required for pets in the hotel (limited to one small pet under 5 kg). Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to an additional charge.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
