【Accommodation rules】
■ Do not smoke
■ Check-in time is 15:00 pm on the same day
※If you check in after 18:00, please make a note when booking, the room will not be reserved and the fee will be refunded.
※Please contact us by phone 30 minutes before check-in to avoid the need for passengers to wait outside.
※If you are unable to check in within the specified time due to possible delays in the itinerary, please be sure to confirm with the hotel in advance.
■ Provide exclusive parking space (5 parking spaces)
■ The kitchen can be used, only for non-fume cooking
※You can borrow pots and pans, tableware, induction cooker, and electric cooker. Please clean and put them back after use. Thank you.
■ Provide barbecue venue (TWD$1000 will be charged for the venue, and the fee will be charged on site), order barbecue ingredients, and need to help organize the environment
※Barbecue venue can provide: electric grill
■ Provide singing equipment group (use fee TWD$1000, charged on site), use time from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
■ The homestay is equipped with an inflatable children's paddling pool (limited to June-September in summer)
■ The deposit for the private building is TWD$3000. If the environment is clean and the equipment is not damaged, it will be refunded after check-out. If the damage exceeds TWD$3000, the net price will be calculated.
■ Please present your ID for registration and pay the balance upon check-in.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please make a note in advance when booking.
■ For guests who continue to stay, the B&B will not provide replacement towels or bath towels. Please inform us if you need to replace them.
■ Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
■ After ten o'clock in the evening, please keep your voice soft and respect each other's tranquility in the accommodation space. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day, singing, barbecue and noise are prohibited
■ Please treat the B&B as your own home, and look forward to seeing you often.

【Explanation of additional fees】
■ The 18-person plan provides two-person room & four-person room & two six-person rooms, which can accommodate up to 20 people. The extra bed and extra person will be charged separately, and a two-person private room will be opened.
■ Children under 3 years old are free, the whole group is limited to 2 people, more than TWD$300/person, please note in the order
■ 4 years old and above are considered as adults, additional person fee will be charged, please note in the order


【Tips for pet accommodation】
■ Pets must be mentioned in the order remarks and inform the hotel in advance.
■ A cleaning fee of TWD$1000 will be charged for small and medium-sized dogs in the hotel. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to additional charges.
■ Do not allow pets to urinate indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to sit on the sofa and bed when they enter the room.
■ Pets cannot use towels in the room.
■ If the pet will bark in an unfamiliar environment, ask the owner to try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you need to bring your pets with you.
