● In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room; children under the age of three (inclusive) do not occupy a bed for free, and children over the age of four are counted as one head.
● Please remember to show your ID card when checking in so that we can register.
When registering, please pay the accommodation fee together.
● This homestay is subject to the Tobacco Hazard Control Law. Smoking is prohibited in the entire building. Violators will be charged NTD$1000.
● Free pets, please restrain your pets and do not urinate or go to bed at will, offenders will be charged a cleaning fee of $500 per pet
● Provide barbecue venues and barbecue stoves, please sort garbage by yourself, and a cleaning fee of NTD$1000 will be charged.
● Kitchen utensils are provided free of charge. If you use them, please return them to their original places. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of NTD$1000.
● To maintain the peace of the neighbors, please do not make loud noises after 10 pm.
