【Accommodation Information】
※ Dining Options:
There are no restaurants near the farm. If you need dinner, please make a reservation with the farm restaurant via Line (@0922497473a) at least 3 days before your stay, or reserve a BBQ meal at least 7 days before your stay.

※ Housekeeping Policy:
For stays longer than two consecutive nights, we do not provide additional amenities or room cleaning services. We appreciate your understanding.

※ Eco-Friendly Policy:
In compliance with the government's environmental protection policy, starting January 1, 2025, the farm will no longer provide disposable amenities such as combs, shower caps, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors. Please bring your own to support sustainability. Thank you for helping protect the earth!

※ Breakfast:
All room rates include breakfast. If you need vegetarian options, please inform us in advance. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.

※ Room Notes:
＊ Triple Room with Shared Bathroom Outside: No air conditioning or television. The bathroom is located 3 meters outside the room.
＊ Group Rooms: No air conditioning. Please consider carefully before booking.

※ No Smoking Policy:
Smoking indoors is prohibited. Outdoor smoking areas are available for use. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.

※ Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome for an additional charge of NT$300 per pet per stay. Any damage caused by pets (e.g., scratching, biting, or soiling) will be charged based on repair costs.

※ Outdoor Facilities:
Multiple cooking and BBQ areas are available. Please contact the host if needed.

【Camping Important Information】
※ Booking Restrictions:
During May 1 to September 30, online reservations for Grass Area B is not accepted. Existing orders are not affected. Please contact the host directly for new bookings. We apologize for any inconvenience.

※ Fly Control Reminder:
Nearby farms use natural chicken manure fertilizer during the summer months, attracting flies. While this is a natural phenomenon, the farm provides 2 flypapers per campsite free of charge. If this might disturb your stay, we recommend visiting during the winter. Thank you for your understanding.

【Extra Bed Policy】
Maximum Extra Beds per Room Type:

※ Standard Forest Triple Room: 1 extra bed (includes 8cm mattress, breakfast, and amenities).
※ Standard Forest Quad Room: 1 extra bed.
※ Triple Room with Shared Bathroom Outside: 1 extra bed.
※ Group Room: 2 extra beds.
※ Deluxe Maple Double Room: 1 extra person (no mattress provided; includes breakfast and amenities).
※ Deluxe Maple Quad Room: 1 extra bed.
＊ Note: Due to space constraints, Standard Forest Twin Room and Camping Van cannot accommodate extra beds.

【Children Policy】
※ Children under 3 years old: Free of charge if not occupying a bed (maximum 1 child).
※ Children aged 3 years and above: Charged as adults.
※ Actual charges will follow official accommodation policies.

【Pet Guidelines】
※ Notification: Please indicate in your booking if you’re bringing pets. Fees must be paid on-site and cannot be combined with promotional offers.
Fees: NT$300 per pet per stay for rooms; free of charge for Grass Area B and Sheltered Areas.
※ Guidelines: Pets must not soil indoors or climb on sofas and beds without permission.
※ Do not use room towels for pets.
※ Owners must control barking and ensure pets do not disturb other guests.
※ Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms.Nearby attractions such as Taipingshan and Cilan Resort do not allow pets.

【Camping Information】
※ Campsite Usage:
Campsites include space only. Equipment rentals must be pre-arranged via Line (@0922497473a).

Campsite Rules:

※ Each site is limited to 1 sleeping tent and 1 lounge tent with parking for 1 vehicle.
Camping vehicles, rooftop tents, or multiple small tents per site are charged accordingly.
Shared Facilities:

※ Meadow Camping B: 3 sinks, 2 power boxes, 4 bathrooms, 3 toilets (8 grass mats per tent).

※ Night Camping Discounts:
Night camping applies to arrivals between 6 PM and 10 PM on Fridays or the day before public holidays, with discounts at half the site rate for the first night. Please note in your reservation or notify via Line.

【Visitor Policy】
※ Visitor Fee: NT$100 per person.
※ Parking: NT$100 per vehicle. Guests with reservations have parking priority. Visitors must leave by 9:00 PM.

【Farm Activities】
※ Free Activities: Water play, sand play, fishing, egg collection, animal watching, table tennis, billiards, badminton, basketball, stargazing, and board games.
※ Paid Activities: Paintball, archery, water gun battles, DIY crafts (e.g., salted eggs, mochi, bamboo rice). Pre-reservation is required.

【Farm and Campsite Rules】
※ Accommodation and campsite use must adhere to booked guest numbers. Additional guests or beds must be pre-arranged.
※ Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited; violators will be fined NT$100 minimum.
※ Strictly no late check-ins after 10 PM. No refunds for late arrivals.
※ Illegal activities (e.g., excessive drinking, gambling, or drug use) are prohibited and will result in immediate police involvement.
※ Cooking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
※ Guests are responsible for their valuables. The farm is not liable for loss.
