According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.
House Rules
【Instructions for the Camp Area】
■ Check-in time: 15:00; check-out time: 11:00 the next day.
■ The number of persons occupying the place: adults (12 years old or above) & children (3 years old to under 12 years old), excluding the number of persons: infants (under 3 years old).
■ The cowboy tent room type can choose to add one person or an extra bed, and the maximum occupancy is five people.
■ Except for the cowboy tent, all other room types are four-person campervans, and the number of people staying in the campervans must not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the campervans.
■ If you have any special meals, please make a note when booking the campsite. No adjustments will be accepted on the day.
■ Only one car per room can enter Cowboy Star Village. If necessary, please note the car number when booking.
★[Check-in Notes] Please bring your ID when checking in. You need to keep your ID when renting an electric car. If there are more than four people staying, the ID of children under three years old must be checked.
【Additional person fee】
■ Free for children aged 2 and under (inclusive).
■ Age 3-11 (inclusive) costs NT$1,000, without extra bed, including tickets, welcome late-night snack, breakfast, and denim DIY.
■ Adults aged 12 and above are charged NT$2,000 for an extra bed, including tickets, welcome midnight snack, breakfast, dinner, cowboy DIY, and animal coupons.
【Village Agreement】
■ No pets allowed.
■ If you check in overtime, please call us in advance. If you check in overtime without calling us in advance, no refunds will be given and the campsite will not be reserved.
■ The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the tent are the property of the camp. If they are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. If there is any damage or unavailability, please notify us immediately so we can prepare for the next guest.
■ Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
■ Smoking is strictly prohibited in campers and tents. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of NT$3000/room.
■ Non-camping guests are strictly prohibited from entering the village and all visitors are declined. (Visitors will be charged a cleaning fee of $1,000 per person if they enter and must leave the park immediately.)
■ This is an environmentally friendly camping area that does not proactively provide supplies. If necessary, please ask at the front desk. There are no towels and bath towels here, only disposable paper towels.
■ If the electric vehicle in the park is damaged by human behavior, the full price must be compensated.
■ Please do not use your own high-power electrical appliances (induction cookers, electric heaters...) in campers and tents.
■ Alcoholism, chewing betel nut, setting off firecrackers, high-decibel audio equipment, partying, drug taking, gambling, gathering to cause trouble and other illegal activities are strictly prohibited. If found, the police will be dealt with.
■ If you vomit in your tent or camper van, a basic cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged. (If other items are soiled, additional cleaning fees will be charged, such as sheets, sheets...)
[How to play at Puxin Ranch]:
★Entry time: You can enter the park at 9:00 in the morning on the first day and start playing
★Departure time: Play until 17:00 the next day (before the ranch closes).
★Check-in at Cowboy Star Village: Go to the counter to fill in your check-in information and get your tickets and welcome snack package, and you can start playing!
【First day time】
★Environmentally friendly electric vehicles: available after 12:00 noon
★Check-in time: Check-in after 15:00
★Paintball time: Paintball at 16:00 on the first day of stay
★Dinner time: Fire-roasted ingredients will be delivered to the room door before 18:00
★DIY production time: Production instruction from 19:30 to 20:30 on the first night of check-in
【Time of the next day】
★Breakfast time: 7:30 to 9:00 (you can continue driving your electric car after breakfast)
★Return time: Remember to return the car before 11:00 the next morning!
After returning the electric car, you can use the walking one to continue playing in the park!
★Intimate reminder
1. Paintball and DIY: Be sure to be on time. If you exceed the time, you will be automatically given up. There is no way to make up for the activity! )
2. Any unused tickets from the previous day can be used to continue playing! It’s OK to leave the ranch before closing at 17:00!
★All bonus tickets have not been used ~ No refunds! There is no way to exchange it for other products!
