1. Self check-in
This is a self-service stay. There is no on-site butler service. Detailed check-in instructions and navigation information will be provided after the booking is confirmed.

2. Food and meals
Meals are not included unless otherwise stated or purchased as an add-on. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks. Hot pot, BBQ, and outdoor kitchen use may be available depending on the selected plan and on-site arrangements.

3. Outdoor facilities
Outdoor cinema, campfire experience, BBQ grill, lawn area, and outdoor kitchen may be affected by weather, safety conditions, wind, rain, or on-site arrangements. For safety reasons, some outdoor facilities may not be available during bad weather.

4. Quiet hours
Joyforest is located in a quiet forest area. Please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM. Loud parties, excessive drinking, and activities that disturb neighbors or the natural surroundings are not allowed.

5. Parking and lawn protection
Please follow the parking instructions provided before arrival. Guests may unload luggage at the designated area, but vehicles are not allowed on the grass. This helps protect the lawn and maintain a comfortable outdoor space for all guests.

6. Fire and safety
Campfire, BBQ, candles, fireworks, and any open flame must follow on-site safety rules. Fireworks and unauthorized open flames are not allowed.

7. Tent and indoor rules
Smoking is not allowed inside the tent or indoor areas. Please take care of the bathtub, bathroom, KTV, projector, kitchen equipment, and all facilities. Guests may be charged for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

8. Pets
Pets may be accepted depending on the booking plan and prior confirmation. Please keep pets under control, clean up after them, and avoid damage to the lawn, tent, furniture, or facilities.

9. Nature environment
Joyforest is surrounded by trees and grass. Small insects, leaves, natural sounds, and outdoor moisture are part of the forest experience. Guests who are sensitive to insects are advised to prepare personal insect repellent.
