【Accommodation Rules】
■ After three o'clock in the afternoon, please notify the owner of the homestay at least 30 minutes before entering the room to avoid waiting on the spot for a long time.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room. If you need to add people, please inform in advance. (If the number of occupants exceeds the number of people notified at the time of booking, the owner of the homestay will have the right to refuse the excess number of people to enter all areas of the homestay)
■ Smoking is strictly prohibited including balconies. If smoking is found, you will be charged at least NT$5,000 in compensation.
■ Small pets are allowed (the number is limited). Please maintain pet etiquette. Pets are not allowed to step on and use dining tables, sofas, bedding, etc. Violators will be charged a cleaning fee.
■ The hostel can provide luggage storage service according to the situation, please discuss with the owner of the hostel.
■ Do not check out late. In case of late check-out, there will be a compensation fee.
■ Illegal activities such as noisy late at night, partying, and drug use are prohibited, and if found, they will be reported to the police.
■ The furniture, electrical appliances, decorations, and utensils in the house are the property of the hotel. If they are damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. If there is any damage or unavailability, please let us know in time so that we can prepare for the next guest.
■ When going out, please lock the door, and turn off the lights, air conditioners and other electrical appliances in the guest room.
■ In response to environmental protection, please bring your own personal toiletries.
■ Personal valuables, please take good care of yourself, if lost, we will not be responsible, please forgive me.
■ After you have finished using the pots and pans in the public kitchen, be sure to wash them.
