■ The homestay is not a 24H service, and the check-in time is 15:00~22:00.
■ If you need to arrive early on the day of check-in, or you need to leave your luggage at the homestay early, please inform us in advance.
■ For safety and health, there is no smoking indoors, including bathrooms. If you need to go outside or on the balcony, you will be charged an additional TWD$1,000 fine if you find them.
■ In order to protect the rights and interests of the guests, pets are not allowed to stay in the house. If there is any additional damage or dirt in the house, an additional compensation fee will be charged. If the tenant does not comply, the owner has the right to refuse the tenant to stay.
■ Please stay according to the number of people in the specified room type, and do not exceed the number of people in the room type. If the number of people in the room exceeds the number of people who sleep in the room, the guesthouse will refuse the guest to stay and the deposit will be confiscated.
■ All occupants are required to present valid documents for registration.
■ Please come according to the reserved number of people. We have the right to refuse the check-in and confiscate the deposit if the number of guests exceeds the agreed number. Please forgive me.
■ In order to maintain a peaceful living environment, please do not run and make noise outside after 10:00 pm.
■ The kitchen can be used, be sure to tidy up after use.
■ The living room can be used, and the furniture must be returned after use.
■ Garbage needs to be sorted. In order to respond to environmental protection, the staying guests do not provide bed making service, and do not take the initiative to clean the room if they do not ask.
■ The check-in method is self-check-in. There is no service staff on site. When you arrive at the hotel, please call 0900557168 and we will help you open the door and tell you where the keys are.

■ Children under 3 years old (inclusive) / under 90 cm are free of charge, but there is a limit of one per room. If there are two children in the same room who do not meet the standard for Canadians, the fee will be TWD$600, including toilet utensils, excluding Mattresses, pillows and quilts.
■ 10 years old (inclusive) and above, the same adult will be charged TWD$600, excluding breakfast
■ If extra bed is required, TWD$600 per bed
