1. Completely non-smoking~ (cleaning fee NTD3000~NTD5000)
2. There is no elevator (there are three floors in the whole building, you must take the stairs)
3. There is no refrigerator in the room (the whole building only has a refrigerator in the living room on the first floor)
4. No dedicated parking lot - parking is available on the white line in the alley, and it is easy to park by the nearby road.
5. No pets allowed.
6. Check-in/check-out time
A. Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. If you need to delay check-in due to the journey, please inform us in advance. (Early check-in is not possible due to daily cleaning and disinfection)
B. The check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (Please hang the room key on the villain next to the living room door.

7. Extra bed/quilt service
Extra bed for adults: NTD500 yuan (including breakfast), extra bed for children: NTD300 yuan (including breakfast); extra quilts are mainly single quilts (cleaning fee NTD100 yuan), if necessary, please inform in advance, the cost Charges will be made on-site.
