House Rules
1. You can only experience HOTEL YOLO once in your lifetime, so please cherish the beautiful moments here.
2. Dear valued guest, thank you for booking an experience at HOTEL YOLO Art Space. This is Taiwan's first gallery that offers a long-term experiential stay, rather than a hotel accommodation. HOTEL YOLO does not provide toiletries, breakfast vouchers, or other hotel amenities. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and other personal items.
3. Prior to the experience, please transfer a deposit of NT$12,000 to the following account or paying by cash before checking in. After the experience, once the art steward confirms that there is no damage to the artworks, furniture, interior decor, and other items in the space, the full deposit will be refunded without interest.
4. Taiwanese participants are required to provide copies of both sides of their ID card for all participants. Please bring the original ID card for verification upon entry. If the ID card does not match the information provided, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the experience. For foreign participants, please provide a copy of your passport in advance and bring it on the day of the experience. The same rules apply.
5. Pets are not allowed in HOTEL YOLO.
6. Individuals under the age of 21 are not allowed in HOTEL YOLO.
7. Smoking or firework is strictly prohibited inside HOTEL YOLO. If it is confirmed by our staff that you have smoked during the experience, a fine of NT$10,000 will be imposed.
8. The floor of HOTEL YOLO is artistically designed with a petroleum theme and is susceptible to scratches. Please make sure to take off your shoes before entering the indoor area and refrain from placing any sharp objects on the floor.
9. Please inform us in advance about the number of participants (up to two). Please do not bring any unregistered guests who have not paid.
10. Unless prior consent is obtained from HOTEL YOLO, photography is prohibited inside HOTEL YOLO. However, it is allowed for personal or non-profit use by individuals or families. If you violate this rule, all photos, videos, or other works created by you or your guests inside HOTEL YOLO shall belong to HOTEL YOLO. You are also responsible for assisting HOTEL YOLO in obtaining all intellectual property rights to the works.
11. All artworks, art furniture, art-related souvenirs, and lifestyle products in the space are available for collection/purchase. Please contact the art steward if you have any needs. If you require an art tour, please inform us in advance.
12. At the end of the experience, our staff will settle the purchase of art souvenirs and lifestyle items with you. The amount will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your designated account.
13. At the beginning and end of the experience, the art steward will inspect the condition of the space. If there is any damage to the decorations, artworks, art furniture, art-related souvenirs, or lifestyle merchandizes at the end of the experience, full compensation based on the original price will be required.
14. Please refrain from bringing valuable items into the venue. We do not assume responsibility for the safekeeping of your personal belongings during the experience.
15. The sofa inside the bedroom is an antique and is for viewing purposes only. Please refrain from sitting or lying on it. If it is damaged due to your act during your stay, the cost of repairs will be charged based on the original price.
16. Please inform us in advance of the invoice title and tax ID if you’d need an invoice for your company.
