■ Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is before 10:00 am. If you need to check out late or check in early under special circumstances, please inform us in advance.
■ No breakfast service is provided.
■ It is strictly forbidden to take drugs, host parties, carry any dangerous items and other illegal activities in the homestay. If found, the local competent authority will be notified according to law.
■ After 9:30 in the evening, please refrain from making loud noises, singing, parties and mahjong to avoid disturbing neighbors or other residents.
■ In order to protect the rights and interests of other customers, it is forbidden to smoke in indoor spaces, such as guest rooms, bathrooms and other public spaces. If this happens, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged.
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, pets are temporarily not allowed to enter, and have the right to unconditionally refuse to check in without refunding the deposit. If a pet is found, the paid fee will not be refunded, and an additional NT$2,000 will be charged as a cleaning fee. Damaged items are priced according to the situation.
■ For fire safety, it is forbidden to use cassette gas, induction cooker and other lighting or cooking utensils.
