【Charge standard for additional person】
Over 6 years old (inclusive): The same adult fee, NTD 700 per person.
A maximum of one person can be added to each room, and a maximum of two people can be added to the entire building.

【Accommodation rules】
● In order to allow passengers to arrange their own check-in time, self-check-in is adopted for the first rate of check-in. After booking, please contact the housekeeper via line or WeChat to take the initiative to contact the payment method and send the occupant's ID for registration.

● Only private rooms are available for rent. All rooms are private rooms. Only one group of guests is received at a time, and corresponding room beds will be provided according to the number of occupants, and a maximum of 4 people will be accommodated. <Extra bed available, RMB 700 per person per night, maximum 2 people> Please confirm the details with the housekeeper.
● The accommodation does not include breakfast. I hope that friends who come to Tainan can save more and eat Tainan food.

【Notice before moving in】
• Reservations made during the Spring Festival cannot change the date and cannot refund the paid deposit
•In the event of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, typhoons) and other irresistible factors, the full amount of the deposit can be refunded, or the reservation can be extended within 3 months (except during the Spring Festival) after the Tainan City Government has issued a notice of suspension of work and classes or land-based warning.
• Check-in time: after 16:00
•Check-out time: before 11:00 (late check-out, NTD1000 per hour will be charged, if check-out after 1:00, the whole building rental fee will be charged for one day)
• To maintain the quality of accommodation, pets are not allowed
• To maintain the tranquility of your stay, please keep your feet down and keep the volume down after dark
• Please inform the correct number of people in advance. If there is a temporary shortage of people, the price of the number of people will still be charged
• Please abide by the number of reservations, if there are more than the number of people, each person will be charged an additional fee of NTD2,000
• In order to protect the privacy of the guests, only the travelers who booked the room on the same day will be entertained, and will not be open to the public.
• Please bring ID, driver's license or passport and other documents for registration on the day of check-in
•The furniture in the house, please use it with care, if it is damaged, it will be compensated according to the price
• Partying is prohibited, if there is any violation, the B&B reserves the right to terminate the housing rights
• No smoking, barbecue, cooking, firecrackers, mahjong are prohibited in the whole building
• Drug use and any illegal behavior are prohibited. If there is any violation, the B&B will report to the police.
