To ensure the comfort and rights of all guests, please read the following terms carefully before your stay. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us in advance.
Reservation Notes
・Weekends and public holidays are reserved for full-house bookings.
・Weekday (Mon–Thu) single-room reservations available. For other dates, please inquire.
【House Rules】
1. Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed. No outside visitors or shared use of the space is permitted.
2. Eco-Friendly Practice: We do not provide bottled water or disposable toiletries. Please bring your own to help protect the environment.
3. Meals: No breakfast or meal service is provided. We encourage you to enjoy Tainan’s amazing local cuisine—feel free to ask us for recommendations.
4. Housekeeping: No daily cleaning or amenity replenishment during multi-night stays. If needed, please request in advance before check-in.
5. Safety Notes:
・Our design includes level changes and smooth flooring—recommended for guests aged 12 and above.
・Public areas (garage, entrance, elevator lobby) are under video surveillance for safety purposes.
6. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies. Violation will incur a cleaning fee (equivalent to full-house rate for 8 guests).
【Check-in & Check-out】
7. Check-in / Check-out Time
Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Late check-out: NT$600 per 30 minutes
On the day of check-out, housekeeping staff will enter the room at 11:00 AM for cleaning.
Self Check-in
We provide self check-in with an electronic door lock and detailed check-in instructions.
8. Check-out Procedure
Please turn off the air conditioning, lights, and all electrical appliances before leaving, and make sure the door is properly locked.
After completing check-out, kindly send us a message to notify us.
9. Quiet Hours: In accordance with local regulations, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid noise and disturbance. Violations and any resulting fines or liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the guest. If you cannot comply, we kindly ask that you do not book.
⚠️【Children Policy】
10. Single Room Booking: Limited to 2 guests aged 12 and above. No extra beds or younger children allowed.
11. Full-House Booking: No age limit. Children under 5 who do not require a bed stay for free. Extra beds: NT$500/person/night (includes pillow, blanket, towel set, and a "Mian Dou Pi" mattress).
12. Children’s Items: No baby cribs, playpens, high chairs, or sterilizers provided. Please bring your own and assess the space accordingly.
13. Parental Supervision: Guardians are responsible for child safety at all times. Any damages will be charged at replacement value.
【Extra Guest Policy】
14. Occupancy & Extra Beds:
Standard capacity is 12 people. Maximum capacity is 14 with advance request and extra bed fee.
【Commercial Use Policy】
15. Filming/Promotion: All commercial use (photoshoots, livestreaming, product placement, etc.) requires prior approval. Unauthorized use will result in a full-day usage fee (based on 8-person full-house rate).
Cancellation policies follow the terms set by the booking platform or Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Guidelines.
【Pet Policy】
16. No Pets Allowed: Pets are not allowed in the building, garage, or balconies. Violators will be denied entry and receive no refund.
17. Undeclared Pets: Will result in additional compensation (based on 8-person full-house rate), deep cleaning charges, and full repayment for any damage.
