House Rules
Rule 1: In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people in the room type. If you need to add more people, please inform us in advance. (If the number of guests exceeds the number of people notified at the time of booking, the B&B owner will have the right to refuse the excess people from entering all areas of the B&B)
Code 2: Total ban on smoking. If you are found to be smoking, you will be charged a compensation fee of at least 2,000 yuan.
Rule 3: No pets.
Rule 4: The hotel provides luggage storage service.
Rule 5: Check out before 11:00. If you check out late, there will be additional charges. Different room types charge 200 yuan/hour for a double room, 400 yuan/hour for a quadruple room, and 600 yuan/hour for a six-person room.
Code 6: It is prohibited to drink alcohol, chew betel nut, set off firecrackers, cook, barbecue, party, take drugs and other illegal activities. If found, the police will be dealt with.
Rule 7: To maintain environmental quality, cooking of food is prohibited in the hotel.
Rule 8: Furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the house are property of the hotel. If damaged or lost, please compensate according to the price. If there is any damage or unavailability, please notify us immediately so we can prepare for the next guest.
Rule 9: When going out, please lock the door and turn off the lights, air conditioners and other electrical appliances in the guest room.
Rule 10: In order to respond to environmental protection, if you extend your stay, you will only be provided with the replacement of garbage bags in the room, and no replacement of bed sheets and bath towels will be provided.
Rule 11: Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible if they are lost. We apologize.
Rule 12: Always wash pots and pans in public kitchens after you use them.
