2. Extension will be charged at $200/hr. After 15:00 will be charged on a full-day basis.

4. Animals and pets are not allowed,
except for working dog ( Assistance dog Service dog , Guide Dog.......).
5. Binge drinking, public disturbance, partying, prostitution, drug dealing and any types of illegal substances are strictly forbidden, violators will be handed over to the police department.
6. Cooking is prohibited in all guest rooms.
7. Property damage and lost will not only result in confiscation of deposit,
the law enforcement will be executed for criminal prosecution.
8. Please take any valuables with you. We are not responsible for any lost.
9. The standard free of the associated parking space, parking time 20:00P.M. ~ 10:00 A.M.
10. The parking lots is only for you, such as damaging and suffering loss,
we do not responsible without exception.
11. Please remove the door key card when you go out, to ensure the safety of your stay.
12. Please avoid noisy disturbance after 10pm for the quality of your stay. If refused compliance after repeated warnings, it is possible to receive an immediate suspension notice that all rights during the period of your accomodation will no longer be retained.
13. The room card will be NT$300 and the card set will be NT$600.
14. If extension need housekeeping please hang the paper between 12:00-15:00.
15. Our guest rooms are guaranteed non-smoking, violations will lead to
additional charge of the rental rate.
Anyone found to be smoking will be subject to a fine of TWD $2000 per day.
