【Accommodation Rules】
★In response to the government's implementation of the "one-time use accommodation supplies restriction" from July 1, hotels will not provide disposable toiletries (toothbrushes, shower caps, razors, etc.), only bath towels.
★Due to environmental protection, the hotel does not provide bottled water. If necessary, you can use it at the water dispenser in the hotel lobby. Thank you.
Before making a reservation, please read the reservation rules carefully before making a reservation:
■ Check-in time is at 3 p.m., and check-out time is before 11 a.m.; the counter time is until 18 p.m. If you arrive after the time, please inform us in advance and we will provide self-service check-in.
■ In order to protect the safety of tourists, monitoring equipment is installed in the public spaces of the B&B, and a communication line with the police is established.
■ If the facilities in the room are damaged or missing after the guest checks out, the hotel owner will ask for compensation. Please be aware of this.
■ This B&B provides toiletries (towels, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel).
■ The B&B provides free baby bathtubs and cribs. Since the number is limited, if necessary, please register with the service staff before booking (cribs are only available for children under two years old).
■ Do not use cannons, torches, fireworks or other similar products.
■ One child under 7 years old can stay free of charge in each room. Children over 7 years old (inclusive) will be considered as adults.
■ If more than the number of people enter the room and fall asleep, the hotel has the right to refuse the guests to check in and confiscate the deposit.
■ To maintain a peaceful living environment, please refrain from making loud noises after 11pm.
■ No pets allowed
■ Yun Taimei does not want to go down the mountain and drugs are strictly prohibited.
■ The hotel provides free parking spaces (within the park).
■ The kitchen is not available for loan.
■ Typhoon cancellation regulations: Refunds or free cancellations are subject to the land typhoon warning for the Pingtung area issued by the Central Meteorological Bureau. If a land warning is issued on the day, we provide free cancellation of the order. If no land typhoon warning is issued, All are subject to the Tourism Bureau’s standardized contract cancellation policy.
