Provide a total of five suites in the whole villa, each room has a shower-type dry and wet separate bathroom.
# There are a total of five suites in one villa, and the number of open rooms is configured according to the accommodation plan, but the public space facilities and services of the same private building are still available#

■ Fourth floor) one warm six-person suite
【public space】
■Villa garage outdoor rest/barbecue area (requires a rental application in advance)
■Public living room on the first floor of the villa, kitchen space on the island.
＊The social public space on the first floor of the villa is mainly planned and designed for gatherings of tourists. The living room sofa area has a 65-inch internet-connected TV/touch KTV/electric mahjong table/super-beautiful island kitchen can use battery stoves and steam ovens
★★If you want hot pot and simple cooking, related kitchen knife set tableware, pots and pans, firewood, rice, oil and salt, disposable tableware, cups and plates need to be prepared separately and will not be provided.★★
[Additional precautions for private buildings]
■ No smoking in the whole building
■ The roads near the villa are convenient for parking vehicles.
■ If you book a private building, you will be charged a private building deposit of TWD$10,000 upon check-in, and will be refunded if there is no damage or loss after check-out.
■ A set of electric mahjong tables and mahjong are provided for passengers in private rooms. There is no charge for borrowing mahjong equipment. Please cherish it properly and return it completely after use.
■
In order to protect the rest rights and interests of nearby residents and provide a more comfortable accommodation environment, the opening hours of KTV singing equipment (limited to private buildings) are from 15:30 to 22:00. In case of appeal, the deposit may not be refunded.
■ For pets:
- Definition of pets: Including as long as they are "not human" (you think pets are your family members/friends/accompany/needs to feed him, and you need to bring them to live with you on the reservation date, they are considered pets). Such as: cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, mice, cold-blooded animals, musk pigs, tortoises...
- The pet accommodation fee, up to 2 pets, must be noted in the order and notified to the hotel in advance. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to additional charges.
◇ ultra small or pets weighing 4 kilograms or less: TWD$1000/piece/night + deposit TWD$1000
Breeds such as: Chihuahua, Pomeranian, Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese, etc.
◇ small or pets weighing 5 to 10 kilograms:TWD$1200/piece/night + deposit TWD$1000
Breeds such as: Dachshund, Miniature Poodle, French Bulldog, Bichon Frise, Shih Tzu, Miniature Schnauzer, Fox Terrier, Pug, West Highland White Terrier, etc.
◇Medium or pets weighing 11 to 25 kilograms:TWD$1500/piece/night + deposit TWD$2000
Breeds such as: Shiba Inu, Corgi, etc.
◇ Large or pets weighing over 25 kilograms: TWD$1800/piece/night + deposit TWD$2000
Breeds such as: Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, Siberian Husky, Shar Pei, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Bulldog, etc.

- Pet meals are not provided, please bring your own pet-related items such as bowls, sleeping pads, cages, etc.
- Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you must bring your pets with you.
-If pets cause damage to all facilities in the homestay due to unfamiliar environment and anxiety, the owner needs to compensate accordingly.
-Because the owner also has dogs, he hopes everyone can bring their furry babies out to play.
-If there are any damage issues, please be understanding. The owner carefully decorates every corner with heart.
-Additional deposit will be charged for pets staying, which will be refunded upon check-out without random urination, damage; or if there are no cat, mouse, rabbit... pet litter, mat, hay scattered all over the room. If special cleaning is required for bedding, cleaning fees will be charged separately.
-Pets are not allowed to bathe or play in the swimming pool.
- Do not allow pets to urinate indoors.
- Pets are not allowed to sit on the sofa and bed when they enter the room.
- Pets cannot use towels in the room.
- If the pet will bark in an unfamiliar environment, ask the owner to try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
-If pets are brought without prior notice to the homestay and are discovered, the original pet accommodation fee will be charged five times.
