【Check-in Rules】
■ When checking in, passengers must bring their documents to the hotel counter to register for accommodation. If the check-out time is exceeded, an additional fee of NTD$200/hour will be charged (less than one hour will be counted as one hour).
■ Outside check-in time, you can leave your luggage at the counter first. Please take your valuables with you. The hotel does not take any responsibility for safekeeping.
■ Do not move the interior furnishings (such as beds) arbitrarily, and please check in according to the actual number of people booked. If there is a demand for additional quilts, a cleaning fee of NTD$300 will be charged for each piece; if there is a need for additional pillows, a cleaning fee will be charged for each pillow NTD $ 150 yuan whole.
■ When you leave the room, please lock the door for safety. Please keep your valuables carefully.
■ Access control is implemented at the entrance of the main building. Please take your access card and room key with you when you go out. If you lose it, you will be charged NTD$500.
■ Please change into indoor slippers when entering the museum, please do not wear indoor slippers outdoors.
■ In order to protect the rights and interests of tourists and the quality of housing, please do not bring pets. Illegal behavior, alcoholism, chewing betel nuts, and gambling are prohibited in this place. Please do not make loud noises after 22:00 in the evening. If the tenants do not comply, the hotel has the right to request to leave There is no check-out fee.
■ In order to maintain the safety of both parties, surveillance cameras are installed around the homestay environment and in and out of the public space. Non-resident guests are not allowed to enter the homestay area at will. Guest friends are invited to inform the homestay owner when they visit.
■ Implement a comprehensive ban on smoking (including electronic cigarettes) in accordance with the Law on the Prevention and Control of Tobacco Hazards. Any violations will be reported to relevant units for handling. The B&B can ask to check out immediately and compensate five times the room rate for cleaning purposes.
■ The service time of the homestay housekeeper is until 20:00 in the evening. If you need it, please make a request within the service time. For urgent matters, you can call to inform.
■ Cleaning service is provided for room renewal. Bath towels will be replaced once if you stay for more than three days (inclusive). If cleaning is required, please check it when filling out the guest check-in form. No cleaning is required. If there is garbage, please clean it up. Please put the trash can in the room when you go out the door.
■ It is absolutely forbidden for residents to cook any food in the room or in the balcony, garden and other places.
■ Caring for the earth's energy saving and carbon reduction. When the tenants go out, please help to turn off the lights and air conditioners in the room. Thank you for your cooperation.
■ The counter provides travel consultation services, please make more use of them.
■ For maintenance and cleanliness, please wash off the sea sand in the outdoor washing area before entering the room.
■ Please take good care of all supplies and equipment. If there is any damage, please compensate according to the market price.
■ If you find lost items, please report to the counter immediately to call the police.
