【Tent & Hobbit House Room Types – Extra Guests & Children Policy】

★ The extra person fee includes breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea.
★ Extra guest aged 13 years and above: NTD $3,000 per person, including breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, and an extra bed. Items not mentioned are not provided.
★ Children aged 6–12 years: NTD $1,200 per child, including breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, and an extra bed. Items not mentioned are not provided.
★ Infants under 5 years old do not occupy a bed and stay free of charge (maximum 1 infant). Beds, amenities, and meals are not included.
★ Hobbit House room types do not provide extra bed or bed-sharing services for children aged 6 years and above.
★ Please carefully select the number of guests. If there are children staying free of charge, please inform us in the remarks.

【Camper Van & Ark Valla – Extra Guests & Children Policy】

★ Camper vans do not provide extra beds. The extra person fee includes breakfast, dinner, and afternoon tea, which are provided according to the basic occupancy of the room type only. Please be sure to select the correct number of guests.
★ Extra guest aged 13 years and above: NTD $3,500 per person, including breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, and an extra bed. Items not mentioned are not provided.
★ Children aged 5–12 years: NTD $1,500 per child, including breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea, and an extra bed. Items not mentioned are not provided.
★ Infants under 5 years old do not occupy a bed and stay free of charge (maximum 1 infant). Beds and amenities are not included.

【Pet Admission Guidelines】

• Guests bringing pets must indicate this in the order remarks and inform the campsite in advance.
• A cleaning fee and deposit of NTD $1,000 per pet will be charged and refunded upon check-out the next day.

Creek Safari / Forest Safari / Yuan Safari / Hobbit House: NTD $500 per pet

Camper Van: NTD $600 per pet

Ark Valla: NTD $800 per pet
(Fees must be paid on site.)
• If there is any damage or excessive dirt caused by pets, the deposit may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the situation.

【Camp Accommodation Regulations】

● If you are driving, please provide your vehicle license plate number in advance to facilitate gate access control.
● To maintain accommodation quality, please check in according to the number of guests specified in the reservation. If you need to add guests, please inform us in advance. (If the number of occupants exceeds the number stated at booking, the camp reserves the right to refuse entry to the extra guests.)
● Smoking is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected, a compensation fee of at least USD 100 will be charged.
● Pets are allowed in the camp. A cleaning fee of NTD $500 / $600 / $800 per pet (depending on room type, charged on site) will apply. Aggressive dogs such as bully breeds or pit bulls are not permitted for the safety of other guests. Please observe proper pet etiquette; pets must be leashed or kept in a carrier when outside.
● Late check-out is not permitted. If check-out is delayed, additional compensation fees will apply.
● If you expect to arrive late, please call to inform us in advance. Late arrival without prior notice will result in no refund and no reservation retention.
● Please present valid identification documents or a passport upon check-in.
● Drinking excessively, chewing betel nuts, setting off firecrackers, using high-decibel audio equipment, partying, drug use, gambling, or causing disturbances is strictly prohibited. Any violations will be reported to the police.
● To protect the environment, fires are only allowed in designated areas within the camp.
● All furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, and equipment inside the tents are camp property. Any damage or loss must be compensated at cost. If you notice any damage or malfunction, please notify us immediately so we can prepare for the next guest.
● Please take good care of your personal valuables. We are not responsible for any loss. Thank you for your understanding.
