The staff patiently helped me overcome any issues I encountered. My child fell and injured himself, so I asked for a first aid kit. Initially, they were hesitant to say they didn't have any, but they immediately found me saline solution and ointment (which I ended up accidentally bringing back... so sorry). The room also had plenty of outlets, which is incredibly convenient for modern travelers! It's also perfect for international travelers, with a variety of outlets available, including 220V. The international atmosphere is fantastic! Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!
