Check-in Rules
■ Please abide by the following times. Those who fail to check in or out on time will be charged an overtime service fee of TWD$500/hour. Please note!
(1) Check-in check-in: 15:00~17:00 (Equipment check-in must be completed before dark)
(2) Camp break point: 10:00~10:30
(3) Departure time: 11:00
[Instructions for entering camp]
■ A camp deposit of TWD$2,000 per account will be collected on-site on the day of camp entry. When the on-duty housekeeper confirms that there is no damage or loss to the tent equipment when leaving camp, the camping deposit will be fully refunded; if there is any damage, compensation will be based on the price.
■ Contents provided per tent
(1) Inside the tent:
Floor mat, TPU air mattress, 1 set of down pillows and quilts for 1 person (winter)/summer quilt (summer), seasonal electrical appliances (winter/electronic heater, summer/cycle
Ring fan), 110V power socket and extension cord. (Bedding is adjusted according to the number of guests in each room)
(2) Outside the tent:
Camping lights, leisure chairs, exclusive cooking living room tents, outdoor dining tables, cooking work lights, 110V power sockets and extension cords.
(3) Bathroom equipment:
There are 8 public shower rooms with 24-hour hot water/electricity supply, shower gel, shampoo, and negative ion hair dryer.
(4)Parking space:
Each tent provides 1 parking space. For each additional parking space, the parking fee is TWD$200/day. (If you need additional parking space, please make a note in the order first)
■ Borrowable equipment per account
(1) Free items: Cassette stove (bring your own gas tank, available for sale on site), frying pan or teppanyaki stove, boiling water, soup pot, soup ladle, stainless steel bowls and plates (set according to the number of people), knives, Please clean and return cutting boards and rags after use.
(2) Paid items: (fees will be collected on site)

■ Passengers need to bring their own items: personal cups and chopsticks, toiletries (toothpaste/toothbrush/towel, etc.), warm clothes, insect repellent or medical drugs.
*If you order a pure accommodation plan, there is no service for ordering dinner ingredients, and passengers must prepare them by themselves.
■ To maintain the quality and safety of accommodation:
(1) Smoking, drinking, gambling, making noise, chewing betel nut, using karaoke, loudspeakers, or playing movies, setting off fireworks, sky lanterns, taking drugs, etc. and any other activities that endanger peace and safety are completely prohibited in the camp area. If a similar situation occurs and the persuasion is ineffective, you can cooperate with the police to request you to leave. No refund will be given. Please cooperate.
(2) The use of generators and high-power-consuming electrical appliances (power consumption exceeding 500W), such as mobile air conditioners, induction cookers, electric heaters, electric pots, refrigerators, ovens, microwave ovens, etc., is prohibited in the camp area to avoid causing power outages and burned circuits.
(3) Cooking activities should be carried out in the designated cooking area. Do not move tables and chairs into the tent for use, and do not eat or drink in the tent.
(4) When cooking in the camp area, please be careful that flames and carbon seedlings do not fall to the ground to protect the turf in the camp area from damage. Please cool down the charcoal ashes before pouring them into the trash can to avoid danger. In order to comply with the environmental protection policy of the Miaoli County Government, if you want to rent or bring your own charcoal stove, please inform the camp manager three days before entering the camp.
(5) It is strictly prohibited to break flowers, trees, or climb trees in the park. Please do not damage or take away any items, facilities, flowers, plants, or trees in the park without authorization. If the above happens, you will be required to compensate according to the price and pursue legal liability.
(6) The fruits in the park are all organically grown, but picking is not provided for free. If you need to purchase or pick fruits, please contact the steward on duty.
■ Thoughtful reminder:
(1) This camp only provides tent camping equipment and campsites, and is not responsible for the storage of vehicles and personnel luggage. Please take good care of your belongings to avoid theft or damage.
(2) The park is a stepped campsite with a height difference. Please pay more attention to your own safety and do not climb or shake the guardrails or throw stones to avoid personal injury. If any damage to the facilities is caused, compensation will be paid according to the price.
(3) When it rains in the park, the slopes will inevitably be steep and slippery. Please drive carefully and slowly. Elderly people and children should be accompanied by a companion.
(4) If there are children under 2 years old or adults over 60 years old among the passengers, please inform them in advance so that a suitable tent location can be arranged.
(5) Please do not enter the woods in undeveloped areas without permission to ensure your safety and protect the environment.
(6) If there are visitors who do not stay in the camping area that day, an admission fee of TWD$1,000 will be charged per person. The housekeeper will prepare tables, chairs and tableware for you to share. Please leave the camp before 9pm.
(7) Within 350 meters of the intersection of the park, there are 7-11, foodpanda, ubereat, and Carrefour for online shopping, all of which can be delivered to the camp.
[Tips for pets entering the camp]
■ If you bring a pet, please order the "Exclusive Spring Tent for Furry Kids" (no pets are allowed in other types of tents) and abide by the following principles. If there is any violation, the camping deposit will be deducted:
(1) Pets do not go to bed.
(2) Pets are not left alone in the tent.
(3) Pets are not allowed to defecate, blow or comb their hair in the tent.
■ To maintain the quality of camping:
(1) Owners are asked to prepare exclusive sleeping mats and bedding for their pets to help them increase their sense of security and experience camping more safely.
(2) Owners are required to clean up their pet's urination and defecation by themselves, and control the volume of their pet's voice to avoid disturbing other pet owners.
(3) If items are damaged or severely soiled, additional fees will be charged depending on the situation.
■ To ensure the safety of exposed friends:
(1) Except for the platform where the tent is set up, pets should be tied up on a leash or placed in a carrying container when moving around the campground.
(2) Please do not bring any pets (animals) that are listed, dangerous, aggressive, or uncontrolled. The camp owner reserves the right to refuse entry to the camp on site.
(3) If there is any injury to others or damage to other people's equipment, the owner is responsible for it and the camp will not be involved in related matters.
