Glamping Hygge Hill

Guests under the age of 13 are prohibited.

According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.

Glamping Hygge Hill Venue Rules and Policy

Rules for the venue overall:
1. The check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The entrance to Glamping Hygge Hill will open at 3:00 pm sharp. If early arrival occurs, we are not able to permit any early entry, thank you for your understanding.
2. Check-out time is before 11 am. If a late check-out is required, should the situation allow, the half-day rate will be charged before 12:00 pm, and the full-day rate will be charged after 12:00 pm.
3. Currently, the site can only accommodate guests over the age of 13 (real age). We will kindly ask for your ID on the day of arrival. If any discrepancies are found during the check-in, you will be asked to leave the venue directly and refund will not be available.
4. The tent is not a cement building and vibration or sound interference can sometimes occur due to external forces. Please be aware before making a reservation.
5. Please do not perform any unauthorized media and drone shooting. If discovered, we may kindly ask you to stop immediately to protect the rights of other guests.
6. Individuals other than the in-house guests are prohibited from entering the venue.
7. For guests staying with children, please pay attention to the movements of children and accompany them at all times.
8. Although there will be lighting at night, the venue is still an outdoor space, and some road sections may be uneven. Please pay attention to your steps to prevent slipping.
9. Glamping Hygge Hill is located in the wild and is a facility that coexists with the environment. We are committed to protecting the natural environment of the park and do not use any chemical repellents and pesticides. Therefore, the diversity of species in the park is very rich. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes, please wear well-covered clothing. Mosquito repellent and anti-itch cream are also available in the room.
10. After 10:00 pm is quiet time at the venue. Please do not make loud noises or any disturbing noises to affect other guests.
11. Self-made fires are strictly forbidden at the venue. You must be accompanied by a staff member when using the campfire.
12. If any items in the park are irreparably damaged due to personal actions, compensation shall be made according to the price.
13. The following acts are strictly prohibited at Glamping Hygge Hill:
a. Entering the accommodation space of other guests without permission.
b. Smoking and chewing betel nuts indoors or outside are prohibited. For smoking, please find designated smoking areas.
c. Acts that make others feel disgusted and troubled, such as singing or emitting a bad smell.
d. Ball throwing or other activities that may cause trouble or safety concerns for other guests.
e. Playing with water and swimming are prohibited, please pay special attention.
f. Set off fireworks.
14. The following items are prohibited:
a. Any pet other than guide dogs. If found upon arrival, check-in will be refused and no amount will be refunded.
b. Drugs prohibited by law.
c. Any flammable substance or dangerous medicines to the human body.
d. Guns and swords and other dangerous items.
e. Audio equipment (speakers/instruments, etc.).
f. Something that smells bad.
g. Garbage and other items that affect the hygiene of the venue.
h. Electrochemical products and cooking utensils to be used at the venue.
15. Other notes:
a. Please do not distribute flyers or promotional materials to other guests at the venue.
b. Do not move/takeaway/process the equipment and items at the venue without authorization.
c. Do not enter areas that are not for guests.
d. Do not conduct any behavior that violates public order and good customs or endangers the safety and health of the venue.
e. Please drink responsibly at the venue. If vomiting occurs due to excessive drinking, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged.

Opening hours of public facilities:
1. Maison Hygge is open for 24 hours (please take off your shoes when entering)
2. Hygge Bar 20:00 - 22:30 (Last order at 22:00)
3. Campfire at the fire pit 20:00 - 23:00

About meals:
1. Based on hygiene considerations, it is strictly forbidden to bring raw food and other ingredients for cooking. If you need assistance with heating, please contact our staff.
2. If you brought your own cooked food and need to use the kitchen refrigerator for storage, please inform us your room number and do not enter the kitchen by yourself.
3. Dinner time is at 18:30 sharp. Please be seated in advance, and the meal will be served after all the guests have arrived.
4. The breakfast is available at 8:00 or 9:00 in the form of a picnic basket. Our staff will bring the breakfast to your tent at the designated time. (Should you wish to dine outside of the designated time, please contact our staff member)
5. Please use fire utensils carefully at the campfire area. It is strictly forbidden to cook ingredients other than those provided by the venue.
6. The drinks in the mini bar in the room will not be refilled. If additional drinks are needed, please feel free to enjoy drinks at Maison Hygge.
7. Please do not bring food, utensils, plates, etc. in public areas into the room for use.
8. All kinds of food and drinks in public areas can be enjoyed free of charge. Please consider your own needs when taking them and do not waste food.
9. The food and drinks provided for free at the venue are only for onsite use. Please do not leave the venue with unopened items.

About accommodation:
1. When leaving the room, please be sure to lock the door and keep the key safe. If the key is lost, a compensation fee of NT$1,000 will be charged.
2. All rooms are equipped with heating and cooling conditioning, please use it comfortably.
3. Please take off your shoes when entering the room.
4. There is a safe in the room, please take advantage of it. Please keep your valuable items in the safe. The venue can not compensate for the loss or damage of guest's valuable items.
5. Hot water distribution time: 17:00 - 24:00;06:30 - 10:00.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited in the guest room:
a. Use it for other than the purpose of accommodation.
b. Meet with outside individuals at the venue.
c. Post photos, posters and other items that affect the appearance of the room on the wall of the room or anywhere.
d. Bring items that are intended for use only in the room out of the room.
e. Coloring hair, using bleach, or burning fragrances and candles, etc. that may damage the room.

About the use of parking lot:
1. The usage time is from the check-in time to the check-out time.
2. Car washing at the parking lot is strictly prohibited.
3. The gate of the venue will be closed when all the guests of the day have arrived. If you need to enter or leave the park, please contact a staff member.

I hereby agree to abide by the regulations of Glamping Hygge Hill Venue Rules.
Glamping Hygge Hill reserves the right to terminate the accommodation in case of violation.
