【Accommodation Rules】
■ Check-in time: after 15:00, check-out time: before 12:00, NT$300 will be charged for one hour of overtime check-out.
■ When you go out, please turn off the power and carry the key of the homestay with you (if lost, you will be charged a recasting fee of NT$200) and your valuables. The homestay is not responsible for keeping valuables, please forgive me.
■ Passengers staying in loft rooms, please take off your shoes on the first floor before going upstairs.
■ Smoking, chewing betel nuts, etc. are all prohibited in this homestay, and all illegal activities such as gambling, drug taking, drug abuse, alcoholism, partying, etc. are prohibited. Violators will be dealt with according to law. This homestay does not provide pet accommodation services. If you insist on bringing pets to stay, this homestay reserves the right to leave the room unconditionally.
■ Please lower the volume for activities in indoor and outdoor public spaces, and end activities in public spaces before 10:00 p.m. No chasing, climbing or screaming outdoors or indoors.
■ The kitchen of this homestay does not provide boiler equipment, but only provides drinking machines, refrigerators and sinks. Please take good care of all public property, equipment and items in the homestay, as well as decorations provided in the room, mouthwash cups, coffee cups, hair dryers, towels and bath towels.
■ Based on safety considerations, if you are unwell (heart disease, high blood pressure...), please manage yourself when using the facilities in the homestay. The homestay cannot bear the responsibility for accidents.
■ Barbecue and sky lanterns or fireworks are completely prohibited. Any electrical appliances and gas appliances that are not equipped in the guest room are prohibited to be used to avoid danger.
■ When you book a room, you will be deemed to understand and accept these safety regulations, and you will waive any responsibility and claim against the homestay and the person in charge of the homestay.
