【Notes for adding people】
★If you need to add people, please be sure to note in the order and pay on site. No need to choose the number of people to add on the platform.
★Children over 110 cm will be charged as adults (please select the number of people carefully!)
★If there is no charge for children staying, please inform directly in the remarks
★The actual charging standard is still subject to the official regulations of the hotel

【Housing Regulations in the Camp Area】
● In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people specified in the camp. If you need to add more people, please inform in advance. (If the number of occupants exceeds the number notified at the time of booking, the owner will have the right to refuse the extra number of people to enter the entire range of the tent)
● Smoking is strictly prohibited. If smoking is found, you will be charged at least 100 USD in compensation.
● Please do not check out late. If you check out late, there will be compensation costs.
● Please call to inform in advance if you check in over time. Overtime and without prior call to inform, no refund will be made and the camp will be reserved.
● Provide identification documents or passports during check-in to facilitate check-in.
● Drinking, chewing betel nuts, setting off firecrackers, high-decibel audio equipment, partying, drug abuse, gambling, and gathering to make disturbances are prohibited. If discovered, they will be reported to the police.
● To maintain environmental quality, it is forbidden to light fires in the camp area.
● The furniture, electrical appliances, furnishings, appliances, etc. in the tent are camp property, which is damaged or lost. Please compensate according to the price. If there is any damage or unavailability, please notify in time so that we can prepare for the next guest.
● Personal valuables, please keep them properly. We are not responsible for any loss, please forgive me.

[Instructions for pet check-in at Guolan Garden Villa Hot Spring Club]:
1. Our hotel only accepts small dogs under 7KG to enter the room. Dogs over 7KG must be stored in the hotel's pet hotel.
2. A deposit of $1,000 is required for pets to check in.
3. Pets are not allowed on the bed, in the hot spring pool, or in the restaurant.
4. Pets must bring their own pet stroller or carrier, sleeping pad, changing pad and tether.
5. Pets are not allowed to defecate freely in the park
6. When checking out, the pet deposit will be refunded only after the staff inspects the bed and hot spring pool in the room to see that there are no pet hairs and that the furniture has no signs of damage or gnawing.
7. If the furniture in the room is damaged or chewed, the guest will be asked to compensate according to the price.
