Breakfast is included in all room types at no additional cost. ■ The B&B does not have a 24-hour front desk, so please check in during check-in hours. ■ Smoking, partying, gambling, playing mahjong, karaoke and other activities are strictly prohibited in the room. Pets are not allowed and cooking is not allowed. Please respect the rights of other guests. ■ The lobby is a shared space. Please keep it clean and tidy after use and do not leave personal belongings. ■ Please keep quiet after 22:00 in the evening. Those who do not comply will be asked to check out and the deposit will not be refunded. ■ Please do not move indoor furnishings at will and respect the room layout. ■ Please keep your valuables by yourself and we are not responsible for any loss. ■ Please take care of all non-disposable items and do not take them out. Damage will be compensated according to the price. ■ Starting from 2023/07/01, guest rooms will not actively provide disposable bath supplies (such as toothbrushes and toothpaste), only towels, shampoo and shower gel. ■ If the accommodation date needs to be changed due to personal reasons, the following handling fee will be charged: ・If the passenger changes the reservation date one day before the accommodation date, the handling fee is 80% of the prepaid deposit amount. ・If the passenger changes the booking date within 2-3 days before the accommodation date, the handling fee is 70% of the prepaid deposit amount of the room rate.

For refunds due to cancellations or early checkouts will refund your original payment method (including credit card, ATM transfer and digital wallets) as long as the refund policy are complied with. Please allow a few business days after we receive the item to process your return and credit your payment. Refund timeline to credit cards depends on the progress of individual credit card companies in their account settlement, which would take about 3 to 14 working days. ATM refund would take about 3 to 5 working days. The refunds of e-wallets, digital wallets, or the other payment system will base on the service provider.
