This accommodation does not provide invoices or receipts.

【B&B features】
● Provide exclusive parking space (2 parking spaces).
● Provide a public kitchen with kitchen utensils: cutlery, pots, refrigerator, water dispenser.
● Provide barbecue venue and order barbecue ingredients service. The barbecue venue usage fee is NTD$1000.
● Barbecue venues can provide: barbecue grill, barbecue stove, barbecue net, spray gun, clips (2~3 pieces), charcoal
● Provide karaoke.
● Provide electric mahjong table, mahjong supplies

【Charge standard for additional person】
● There are 2 double rooms in the 4-person private building, and the fee for extra person/bed is extra.
● The 6-person private building provides 1 double room + 1 quadruple room, extra person/extra bed fee will be charged separately.
● The 8-person private building provides 2 double rooms + 1 quadruple room, and the extra person/extra bed fee will be charged separately.
● The 10-person private building provides 3 double rooms + 1 quadruple room, extra person/extra bed charges are extra, and a maximum of 12 people can be accommodated.
● The extra bed fee is NTD$500/night per person.
● Children under 5 years old will not be charged extra if they do not occupy a bed. Limit 1 extra person per room
● Extra person fee will be charged on site

【Notice before moving in】
● Entry time: after 15:00 pm on the same day
※If you check in after 18:00, please make a note at the time of booking, the room will not be reserved and the fee will not be refunded.
※Please contact us by phone 30 minutes before check-in to avoid the need for passengers to wait outside.
※If you are unable to check in within the specified time due to possible delays in the itinerary, please be sure to confirm with the hotel in advance.
● Check-out time: before 11:00 am the next day
※When checking out, be sure to return the room key; when leaving the room, please turn off the air conditioner and power supply first.
● Please present your ID card for registration when you check in, and please pay the balance.
● Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please make a note in advance when booking.
● For guests who continue to stay, the B&B will not provide replacement towels or bath towels. Please inform us if you need to replace them.
● The homestay does not provide breakfast (you need to take care of yourself), the discount has been fed back to the room rate
● This homestay is subject to the Tobacco Control Law, and smoking is prohibited indoors (including public spaces and rooms)
● In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, illegal sexual behaviors such as partying, drug use, betel nut chewing, alcohol abuse, and gambling are strictly prohibited in the house. If they are found, they will be reported to the police.
● Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water.
● Please do not damage the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when checking out, you will be charged according to the price.
● After ten o'clock in the evening, please keep your voice soft and respect each other's tranquility in the accommodation space.
● Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible for any loss, please forgive me.
● Please treat the B&B as your own home, and look forward to seeing you often.

【Tips for pet accommodation】
● Pets must be noted in the order and inform the hotel in advance.
● The hotel will charge a cleaning fee for pets: NTD$200/day for small dogs; NTD$300/day for medium-sized dogs; NTD$400/day for large dogs. The fee will be charged on-site. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to additional charges.
● Do not allow pets to urinate indoors.
● Pets are not allowed to sit on the sofa and bed when they enter the room.
● Pets cannot use towels in the room.
● If the pet will bark in an unfamiliar environment, please try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
● Pets cannot be left alone in the room. If you go out, you need to bring your pets with you.
