【Accommodation Rules】
■ Room entry time: after 15:00 on the same day
． If you check in after 18:00, please make a note at the time of booking. If you do not reserve the room after that time, you will be refunded.
． 30 minutes before check-in, please call in advance to avoid passengers needing to wait outside.
． If you cannot check in within the specified time due to possible delays in your itinerary, please confirm with the hostel in advance by phone.
■ Check-out time: before 11:00 am the next day
． When checking out, be sure to return the door key; when leaving the room, please turn off the air conditioner and power supply first.
■ When checking in, please show your identity card for registration, and please pay off the balance.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people on the day. If there is any increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please make a note in advance when booking the room
■ For continuing guests, the homestay does not take the initiative to provide replacement towels or bath towels, please inform us if you need to replace them
■ This homestay is subject to the Smoking Hazard Prevention Act, and smoking is prohibited indoors (including public spaces and rooms)
■ In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, illegal behaviors such as partying, drug use, betel nut chewing, alcoholism, and gambling are strictly prohibited in the house. If found, they will be reported to the police.
■ Do not use dangerous items such as gas stoves or induction cookers in the room, and please turn off the lights and save water
■ Please do not destroy the items in the house. If you find any damage or loss when you check out, you will be required to pay for it
■ After ten o'clock in the evening, please keep your voice soft and respect each other's tranquility in the accommodation space
■ Please take good care of your personal valuables, and we will not be responsible for any loss, please forgive me
■ Please let us know if there is any inadequacy in the service, thank you for your cooperation, and wish you a safe and smooth journey
■ Smoking and drug use are completely prohibited in the homestay, including the living room, kitchen, room and bathroom.
■ Please do not make noise or use karaoke after 10:00 pm, so as not to affect the peace of the neighbors and maintain the quality of accommodation.
■ For accommodation services, <TWD 3,000 security deposit> will be charged. After use, the environment will be cleaned up, <and there will be no indoor smoking, drug use, loud noises after 10 p.m. affecting the peace of neighbors, etc.>, the security deposit will be refunded in full, thank you for your cooperation .
【Explanation of additional fee】
■ One extra person TWD$700, can add an extra bed (sofa bed), including amenities, excluding breakfast.
[Tips for pet accommodation]
■ Pets must be noted in the order and charged on site, please inform the hotel in advance.
■ A cleaning fee of TWD$300/pet is required for pets in the hotel. Damaged or heavily soiled items are subject to an additional charge.
■ Do not let pets defecate anywhere indoors.
■ Pets are not allowed to go on the sofa or bed at will when they enter the room.
■ Pets are not allowed to use the towels in the room.
■ If the pet barks in an unfamiliar environment, the owner should try to stop it so as not to affect other tenants.
■ Pets cannot stay in the room alone. If you go out, you need to take your pets with you.
