Violation of the following two regulations will result in non-refundable room fees and the right to require passengers to check out and compensate for related losses.
Point 1: In order to maintain the quality of the accommodation, illegal behaviors such as drug use, smoking, chewing betel nut and spitting betel nut juice, and gambling are strictly prohibited in the house. If found, the police will be called and the deposit will be confiscated. The B&B can require guests to check out immediately and must Compensation for the one-day private rental fee will be used as cleaning fees and related losses; smokers are asked to stay on the balcony or outdoors.
Point 2: Please lower the volume and refrain from making loud noises after 10:00 pm. If you make loud noises or cause noise that affects the peace of nearby residents, or refuse to listen to repeated advice, resulting in a bad impression of the B&B, or causing the B&B to be reported/reported to the police, etc., the B&B may require the guest to check out immediately.

✦ Check-in time is 15:30 and check-out time is before 11:00. An additional $1,000 will be charged for late check-out within 60 minutes, and a one-day room rate will be charged for late check-out after 60 minutes. Please be sure to pay attention to the check-out time!
✦ A deposit of 5,000 yuan is required for private rooms. After check-out, the housekeeper confirms that there is no damage or violation of regulations, and the money will be refunded on the same day.
