According to Ministry of Finance, R.O.C. Letter No.821481937, AsiaYo will provide the electronic receipt of the travel agency within 2-5 working days after check-out, and will send it to your member's mailbox by email.

【Additional Guest Fee Policy】

Camper Van (2 or 4 guests)
■ Camper vans do not accept additional guests aged 7 or above. One child aged 0–6 can stay for free, including breakfast and welcome snack only. Extra bed, amenities, and other unlisted items are not included.

Tent (2–4 guests)
■ The base occupancy for tents is 2 guests, with up to 2 additional guests allowed.
■ Children aged 0–6 stay for free, including breakfast, welcome snack, and existing bedding only. Amenities and other unlisted items are not included.
■ Guests aged 7 and above will be charged according to the website rates, including breakfast, welcome snack, existing bedding, and amenities. Other unlisted items are not included.

【Accommodation Guidelines】
■ In accordance with the EPA's policy, starting January 1, 2025, we will no longer provide disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, razors, shower caps, slippers, etc.
■ Room rates include:
Free rice, braised minced pork sauce, and sweet soup (served from 17:00–20:00).
■ Buffet breakfast (08:00–09:30) at the scenic restaurant inside the campsite.
■ Entry time: after 14:00 / Check-in time: after 16:00 / Latest check-in: before 19:00 (late arrivals due to weather will not be accepted).
■ If the number of guests exceeds the booking, additional fees will be charged or services may be denied.
■ Children under 110 cm in height who do not require a bed are free of charge.
■ Non-staying guests must reserve in advance and pay an entry parking fee: NT$300 per car, NT$100 per scooter. Visitors must leave by 21:00.
■ Tents and camper vans have limited soundproofing. Guests sensitive to noise are advised to consider this before booking. Earplugs are available at the front desk.
■ Due to the natural terrain, some areas have slopes over 45 degrees and stairs between platforms. Please move carefully and consider mobility limitations before booking.
■ All accommodations include a dehumidifier, hair dryer, and access to a public water dispenser.
■ Tents are equipped with air conditioning only.
■ Camper vans are equipped with electric blankets only.
■ Please do not bring additional electric appliances to avoid power outages.
■ In compliance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the park (including inside and outside tents), except in designated smoking areas.
■ To ensure safety, no open flames or personal cooking is allowed in the accommodation area. Cooking is only allowed in designated kitchen and BBQ zones.
■ The park provides shared cooking facilities including a fridge, stove, pots, and tableware (free for guest use). If cooking inside the room causes odor or mess, a cleaning fee will be charged.
■ As a mountain site with limited waste removal, we encourage waste reduction and proper recycling. Please help conserve water and support sustainable travel.
■ After 22:00, please refrain from games or loud activities in the lodging areas. If you wish to socialize, drink, or chat, please use the scenic restaurant area.
■ To maintain a peaceful mountain environment and quality stay, karaoke and other loud equipment are prohibited. Full-camp reservations must follow time and volume limits.
■ Only camper vans are designated as pet-friendly for cats and dogs. Pets are not allowed in luxury tents. For more information, please refer to our official Facebook page.


【Pet Policy for Cats & Dogs】
■ Only cats and dogs under 23 kg are allowed in camper van accommodations.
■ Only the first pet can be added during online booking (NT$589).
■ To bring a second or third pet, please contact the property by phone after booking.
■ Pet kit provided per room:
3 pee pads, 1 blanket, 1 pack of wet wipes, 1 pet bowl, and poop bags (more will be provided based on the number of pets).
■ Pet owners must bring:
Pet food, leash, stroller or carrier, water dispenser, sanitary bags or diapers, basic litter box, personal items, and a muzzle (if needed for safety or night barking – optional).
■ Pets must be leashed or kept in a stroller/carrier when entering or leaving the room. The park is not liable for lost or injured pets.
■ Pets are not allowed on beds, must not shed or be groomed indoors, and must not relieve themselves freely inside.
■ Male pets should wear sanitary bands; female pets should use diapers.
■ Pets must not be left unattended in the room to avoid accidents.
■ During meals, pets are allowed in the restaurant only if kept in a carrier or stroller, and should remain off the floor and within the designated pet area.
■ Upon check-in, owners must sign a Pet Stay Agreement and pay a cash deposit of NT$1000 per room.
■ If the pet complies with the agreement, the deposit will be refunded at check-out.
■ Owners are fully responsible for damages or stains caused by pets and must cover any necessary repair or cleaning costs.
