■ There will be natural dew and cute animals in the camp area at night. Please put your shoes in the tent.
■ If you bring your own food and drinks, you can leave them at the reception desk if you cannot finish them.
■ No noise is allowed after 22:00 in the evening. We work together to maintain the guest experience for each other.
■ If you are particularly sensitive to voice, you can receive free 3M earplugs from the staff.
■ The smoking area is located behind the reception desk. Please go to the smoking area to smoke.
■ No cooking or eating is allowed in the tent. If there are no spills or pets, a cleaning fee of NT$1800 will be charged.
■ Pets must be kept on a leash when outdoors. If there is defecation in the tent or in the park, it must be cleaned up promptly.
■ Guests who bring furry babies, remember to bring them into the tent to sleep with them (you must first clean the furry kids' feet by yourself). We disinfect and clean every day. If there are furry kids staying in the tent, there will be special cleaning and disinfection procedures. Guests can check in with confidence.
■ It is forbidden to bring your own hair dryer. If it causes a big power outage in the park, you will be responsible for the responsibility after assessment.
■ The chairs, tables and quantity of the living room tent, as well as all equipment in the tent and rented will be confirmed before check-in, and will be confirmed again before check-out the next day. If there is any damage, compensation will be based on the market price of the product.
■ You need to bring your own ice cubes or buy them in the camp. If you need ice items, you can go to the Xiaoxiao Welfare Club to get a refrigerator and ice bricks and move them to the outdoor tent for use. You need to take them back to the reception desk and return them when you check out the next day. Damage requires compensation of NT$2000.
