【Check-in rules】
■ Do not bring pets
■ If the late check-out fee is TWD$100/hour; if you do not check out after 12:00 noon, it will be charged as one day
■ Please show your ID card or passport when you check in for registration and verification. Passengers under the age of 18 cannot be received alone. When checking out, please remove the sheets, sheets and pillowcases and put them on the bed and return the keys. Any damage to the facilities in the homestay will be charged according to the price. Do not arbitrarily use items in empty beds.
■ Luggage can be stored until 18:00 before check-in and on the day after check-out. If you are overtime, please inform us in advance.
■ Counter service hours: 9:00~21:30; if there is an emergency outside the service hours, please call 0966-725905 twice.
■ If you check out before 9:00, please put the key in the wooden box on the shoe cabinet.
■ The lockers are only for personal belongings. Please keep your valuables carefully. If you lose them, you will not be liable for compensation.
■ Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, towel or bath towel. Shampoo and body soap are provided in the shower room. Please put the hair dryer back in place after use. Towels and disposable toothbrushes are sold at the counter. Towels are TWD$30 and toothbrushes are TWD$10.
■ In the guest room space (2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors), it is forbidden to bring any food and beverages (except water), smoking, drinking and making loud noises. Please go to the lobby for eating and drinking. For smoking, you can go outside the lobby on the first floor or the balcony on the fifth floor. Please use headphones when listening to music and watching dramas in the room, and please control the volume after 22:00.
■ Please turn off the lights when you leave the public space, and turn off the power of computers, TVs and other electrical appliances after using them.
■ The lights in the lobby will be turned off after 21:30, and the sound insulation of the old house is limited. Please keep quiet in the lobby to avoid affecting other passengers and neighbors who are resting.
■ If there is a lot of noise or affect other tenants, the staff can ask the tenant to check out immediately after the dissuasion is invalid, and the room fee will not be refunded.

【Explanation of additional fees】
■ Children under the age of two (inclusive) are free; children over the age of three (inclusive) are charged TWD$500/person
