Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the ferry terminal (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The Titan Grill is closed until December 31, 2025. This property is accessible only by boat (surcharge) from Ao Por Grand Marina (Phuket) to the resort at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM from May to October and returning from the resort at 10 AM, noon, and 3 PM. The departure schedule from November to April leaving Ao Por Grand Marina is 11 AM, noon, 1 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM and returning from the resort at 10 AM, 11 AM, noon, 1 PM, and 3 PM. Passengers are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Guests must pay the speedboat fee in advance online or at the property on arrival. Roundtrip speedboats are available for up to 10 persons between dawn and dusk, subject to weather conditions. Speed boat transfers must be reserved 2 days in advance of arrival, or at time of booking the reservation. This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. Thailand SHA Plus is a health and safety certification (an additional level to the SHA standard), for properties that are open to vaccinated travelers and have at least 70% of staff vaccinated, issued by the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration.
Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. One child 1 year old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
