Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.
No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes: New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per adult: THB 3500New Year's Eve (December 31) Gala Dinner per child: THB 1750 (from 3 to 11 years old) We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

For refunds due to cancellations or early checkouts will refund your original payment method (including credit card, ATM transfer and digital wallets) as long as the refund policy are complied with.
