Guests must transfer via floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival.
Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The host will greet guests on arrival. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Seaplane or domestic transfers must be guaranteed in full upon confirmation of the reservation. As an alternative option, guests can arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 30 minutes via a domestic flight to Dhaalu Airport, and then 10 minutes by speedboat to the resort. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 3 days before their expected arrival. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers transfer fees for guests ages 12-17.
Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Up to 2 children 11 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
