Guests must transfer via Airplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in. Guests must arrange seaplane transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 35 minutes away via seaplane, or domestic flight transfers (surcharge) via a 15-minute flight to Dharavandhoo domestic airport, and then 15 minutes by speedboat to the resort. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 5 days before their expected arrival. Seaplane transfers operate between 6 AM and 5 PM (3:30 PM latest possible international arrival time and 9 AM earliest possible international departure time).
Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
