Guests must transfer via Floatplane to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 25 minutes away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival. Daily transfer service is offered by Maldivian Air Taxi between 9 AM and 3:30 PM. Guests arriving or departing outside of these hours are advised to book a local hotel room in Male or Hulhumale. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. Guests must pay the seaplane fee at checkout.
Reservations are required for massage services. Reservations can be made by contacting the resort prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. A fee for a mandatory Christmas Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on December 24. A fee for a mandatory New Year's Eve gala dinner is included in the total price displayed for stays on December 31. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property.
