【Accommodation Rules】
■ Smoking is prohibited in all spaces, including patios. E-cigarettes are also not allowed. If found smoking, a fine of 200,000 won will be imposed in accordance with Article 9 of the National Health Promotion Act of Korea.
■ No pets allowed.
■ Parties and events are not allowed, please do not play loud music or make loud noises. The neighbors in the building are very sensitive to noise, so we would appreciate it if you could be careful not to make any noise after 9pm and before 9am.
■ Do not cook meat or other smelly things. In case of violation, a cleaning fee of KRW 200,000 will be charged.
■ Please separate trash when checking out. We will provide general and Um plant bags.
■ Please put your towel away when you leave.
■ Please check in according to the agreed number of people. If there is an increase or decrease in the number of people or the number of rooms, please be sure to inform us in advance.
■ Children aged 24 months or older on the check-in date will be charged as adults.
